Now that The Young and the Restless' Victor knows Matt Clark is alive, will he fly to Los Angeles to confront Matt?
It feels like that's the most entertaining thing that could happen in this storyline. Let's see Victor come face to face with the man who tried to destroy his son's life decades ago.
Victor's phone chat with Nick on The Young and the Restless

On Tuesday's episode of The Young and the Restless, Victor (Eric Braeden) was troubled when Nick (Joshua Morrow) called him and told him that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) is still alive. Nick gave him the lowdown on Matt's other identity as Mitch Bacall and that Noah (Lucas Adams) is having an affair with Mitch's wife, Sienna (Tamara Braun).
Since Victor told Nick that he has the Cane (Billy Flynn) situation under control, maybe now would be a good time for him to fly to L.A. and get involved in this Matt Clark storyline. It's going to be extremely entertaining to see Eric Braeden and Roger Howarth in scenes together. Howarth always plays bad guys so well. Braeden has spent years playing a powerful, fearless business titan. When these two men finally come face to face, it's going to be a treat to watch them in action together.
Why wait for Michael's report on the Bacalls?

Victor told Nick, "I'll pass all of this on to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc)," but it's been weeks since we've seen or heard from Michael on The Young and the Restless. Come on, Victor! Seize the moment. Grab the bull by the horns and fire up the Newman jet. Don't wait for Michael to report back to you. By then, Noah could be dead. It wouldn't be wise to take any chances where Matt Clark is concerned. He's a dangerous man. He stirred up all kinds of trouble years ago, and what's going on in L.A. now involves both Victor's son and grandson.
Matt is out to hurt Noah for having an affair with Matt's wife, and Matt also wants to get revenge against Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) by going after their son. Victor never allows anyone to hurt his family. Just ask Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise). So maybe we need to see Victor take action, leave Genoa City for a little while, and head to L.A.
The plot thickens with Detective Burrow added to the mix

On Thursday's episode of The Young and the Restless, Nick discovered that Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) is really an undercover cop who is working to take down Mitch. That's a twist we didn't see coming. But, unfortunately, we all know that soap cops are usually not very good at catching criminals.
So maybe it would help if Victor appeared to Matt Clark one night at The Shadow Room and gave Matt one of his famous, menacing stares. "No one hurts my family and gets away with it," Victor would whisper. "You got that?"
Matt knows that the Newmans are a prestigious and powerful family, and he would be a fool to mess with the most powerful member of that family -- Victor. So, let's get Victor on his private jet to sunny California, so we can enjoy a showdown between big, bad Matt and big, bad Victor. That would surely be a scene we wouldn't forget any time soon.
