On the Monday, December 1, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Trina discovered Portia's pregnancy, Gio spent Thanksgiving with the Quartermaines, and Curtis was arrested for Drew's shooting on the Congressman's wedding day.
What happened on General Hospital

Brook Lynn thought Chase was tempting fate by attempting to cook a genuine Thanksgiving feast for the Quartermaine family. She worried there was some sort of Final Destination curse against her family on the holiday. However, the family got a surprise of a lifetime when Ned returned home from the hospital to spend it with them. He thanked Michael for picking him up from the hospital, so he and Brook Lynn could follow through with the special moment.
Brook Lynn urged Nest to stay off his feet and rest easy on the couch. She was elated to have him home and felt there was a major void without him. Ned was alarmed that Chase took over the mantle of cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and he assumed that the curse would extend to him as well. Ned was grateful to be alive after his significant health scare. However, he found it strange to view the home as Tracy's. Brook Lynn believed that things always work out as they were intended.
Ned noticed the difference in Gio and Brook Lynn's relationship when they visited him in the hospital. She told him he was right and that there had been a significant breakthrough between mother and son. She said, "Gio can actually stand to be in the same room as me now." She was pleased that Gio finally let her in, and Ned knew they'd eventually find their way to each other again. The doorbell rang, and it was Emma and Gio, who gleefully exclaimed, "Happy Thanksgiving!"
Ned hoped that Brook Lynn would withhold Ned's extended stay at the hospital from Tracy, and the same went for Drew's theft of the Quartermaine heirlooms. Ned flashed back to having a heart attack outside of Bobbies, when Drew left him for dead. He didn't think another battle with Drew would be good for anyone in the family. Chase greeted his father-in-law, who was still astonished that he was in charge of cooking Thanksgiving. Although Ned knew he would fail, he wished him well.
Leo surprised everyone by declaring he was now a vegetarian, much to his mother's horror. Gio and Emma supported the decision, and Chase even created a tofu turkey for the youngster to try. Everyone quickly realized, though, that Outback the dog was inside the house, and Thanksgiving dinner might be doomed. Luckily, the dog didn't cause a disaster, as it seemed he would. Still, Brook Lynn was worried that the curse would find a way to destroy the meal in some capacity. They believed they were tempting fate by eating it, so they decided to give the meal to someone else.
Gio explained to Ned that he and his mother had a breakthrough, and he finally realized that she never had any ill intentions. Brook Lynn provided him with an opportunity at a better life, which he had. Ned was hopeful that Gio would land in a better place with both of his parents, although Gio doubted things would improve with Dante. The doorbell rang again, but this time, it was a pizza ordered from Tracy.
Gannon surprised Portia at the hospital, even though it was his day off. Once they were alone in her office, she asked why he volunteered to come into work on the holiday. However, he noted that she scheduled herself to be there, so the same questions applied to her. She explained that, in a leadership position, she sometimes had to take the hit. He realized it was the first holiday in quite some time without her family, and he didn't want her to deal with that alone.
Portia surprised Gannon with a vending machine snack since they were both stuck working on the holiday. The Quartermaines showed up not long after and brought their entire Thanksgiving dinner to the hospital. Portia directed everyone to the conference room, where they could set it up for the staff to enjoy on their day away from family.
The Q family returned home and was all amazed when Tracy shocked them with a pizza. Emma and Gio shared a kiss away from the rest of the family, but they were interrupted by Leo demanding they eat pizza.
Drew told Willow that it was their wedding day, so he knew it would be special. They were quickly interrupted by Alexis, who showed up far earlier than expected. She appreciated the invite from Drew and Willow, and even more so the opportunity to see Scout in her flower girl dress. After Willow walked away, Drew reminded Alexis of the rules for spending time with Scout. He needed her to convince Scout that the marriage was a good thing, or else it could be the last time she sees her granddaughter.
Kai stopped by, and although Drew wanted him to stay for the ceremony, he couldn't stay for it. Drew understood, and Kai told him, "I hope you get everything you deserve." It's clear that Kai had no more use for Drew. Nina dropped by next, and she promised she had nothing up her sleeve. She vowed to stay out of Willow's way if marrying Drew was what her daughter absolutely wanted. Elizabeth was the next to arrive, as one of the only supporters of the marriage.
Alexis thought Scout was the most important thing, so she would be there no matter what. She knew that Willow truly loved and adored Scout, which made Alexis feel somewhat better about the monster she was marrying.
Willow and Scout talked before the wedding, and she tried to bond with the young girl. She encouraged her that they'd be a family after the ceremony, but Scout just wanted Willow and Drew to be happy. Willow compared Scout to Sam and listed all of the qualities that made her and her late mother similar. Nina brought the dress to Willow, but she had no intention of playing nice with her mother. She was glad to be included, and although she appreciated the invite, she begged her daughter to admit whether she wanted to go through with it.
Nina offered her a way out of the relationship with no strings attached. Willow admitted she wasn't blind to Drew or his past actions. Nina couldn't understand how to get through with it, but Willow thought that being married to the man she was accused of shooting would help exonerate her. She refused to outright admit that it was nothing more than a strategy, but being married to a congressman while Michael is dating a former escort would make things work. Willow didn't love Drew, but would do whatever it took to regain custody of her children.
Alexis spoke to Scout about the wedding, and the young girl wished Kristina and Molly could've been there. She missed everyone in her family, especially Danny and Rocco, and she wanted to spend more time with them.
Nathan arrived shortly after this, and Nina confessed to him that Willow was only marrying Drew so she could get her kids back. Before they could talk about it further, he received an urgent text alert, so he had to make a quick exit. He assured Nina that she'd make it through the wedding, and he was confident Willow would make whatever choice was best for her.
Willow made her way down the aisle, surrounded by friends and family, there under duress, but before the ceremony could formally begin, Michael was shown lurking outside the window.
Marcus returned for Thanksgiving at the Ashford household. Curtis, Stella, and Trina greeted him, but he noticed someone was missing. He asked why Portia wasn't present, and Trina explained that she had to work. Everyone was proud of Portia for being selfless and choosing to save lives on the special occasion. The family told Marcus how Stella read Drew for filth, and everyone was giddy at the idea of knocking him down a peg or two. Marcus was just happy that nobody ended up in jail because of Drew's taunts.
Kai arrived for the dinner, and Trina was ecstatic to be there. His priority was to be with the Ashford family, rather than be a part of Drew's nuptials. Jordan was the next to arrive, much to Trina's extreme dissatisfaction. Jordan apologized for not being able to stay, but Marcus insisted that she remain with the family since TJ was out of town. She wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, but Curtis chased after her, determined to convince her to stay for dinner.
Trina overheard Marcus and Stella discussing Portia's pregnancy, and she was completely stunned, unable to believe her ears. Jordan saw how Trina reacted when she stopped by, so she wanted to keep her distance. They were both glad to see each other, and it looked as if Jordan was hoping for a kiss. Trina ran outside and saw Curtis and Jordan kissing, but before they could react, Nathan showed up to arrest Curtis for the attempted murder of Drew.
