In San Cristobel: Palace pool room:
Mr. Rob comes in for a meeting with Edmund. Edmund says that he requires someone loyal, discreet and thorough. He needs him to pretend to be working for Richard but in reality he would be reporting to and taking orders from Edmund. He would get paid by Richard and also get a bonus salary from Edmund. Mr. Rob said he would have to have half of the money Edmund was offering him upfront as a retainer. Edmund tells him that wouldn't be a problem. Edmund tells Mr. Rob that his assignment is to get close to Cassie. Edmund mentions Cassie's incident with the horse and that he and Richard want her to have a bodyguard but Cassie doesn't want one. He tells her that Cassie will change her mind and when she does he wants him hired but doesn't want Richard to know he knows Edmund. Mr. Robb doesn't know if he wants the job, but Edmund says the job will be brief and challenging and then he can disappear to Barbados. Edmund tells him again that he needs someone he can trust and asks Mr. Robb if he can handle it. He gives him an envelope with his retainer in it. Mr. Rob looks it over and tells Edmund that it will be a pleasure doing business with him.

In the Palace courtyard:
Richard, Cassie and Tammy come in after having been out by the pond playing with RJ. They are talking about the frogs and Richard is teasing Tammy about talking to them. Outside the door, someone is watching them. Cassie goes to look for the camera and finds a frog in Tammy's bag. Cassie is talking to Tammy about why she can't keep the frog as a pet. Richard tells Tammy he was a frog at one time and that her mom transformed him with a kiss. Tammy says maybe the frog is waiting for her to kiss him but Richard tells her she should wait at least ten years. The nanny comes in for Tammy. After Tammy leaves Richard hugs Cassie. She asks him about her kiss transforming him. He said he needs some refreshers to keep him from turning back. They kiss. He goes to get some champagne and to return the frog to the pond. Cassie notices one of the doors is ajar and walks toward it. She looks around and sees nothing. She turns back to the courtyard and is thinking about Richard and the champagne under the stars. She hears a noise and says, "Hello, is anyone there?" She sees an unshaven man who offers her a rose and tells her that he is one of the gardeners. Cassie thanks him for the flower and tells him she will have to show Richard. He asks her to thank him and she said she just did. He makes a grab at her and says he wants to be really thanked. He pulls a weapon of some sort on Cassie. It kind of looks like gardening shears but it could be a knife, I don't know. Cassie calls out for Richard but no one comes. Finally, Edmund runs in and pulls the man off of her and tells her to run. They guy hits Edmund and throws the weapon at him as he runs out. Cassie calls for Richard to help as she tries to get Edmund to answer her.

She tells him that she thinks she will be okay. Noah kisses her and promises to pay for the door. Later, the two lawyers meet with Reva and Josh. Reva's lawyer talks about sole custody and wants to give visitation to Josh. Josh says that Olivia moved out so there shouldn't be a problem. Ernie mentions that Josh and Olivia is a bad influence and Josh asks Reva how the door got broken. He says that Marah witnessed the argument and Reva says that Marah walked in after the fact. He would rather have his kids see two people making love rather than domestic violence. If Reva tried to take the kids, she is in for the fight of her life. Reva asks Josh if he is threatening her. She says he is blowing the situation out of proportion and Josh says no more than she is over the bathtub incident. The lawyers want them to follow the agenda. Russo starts talking about the business and wants Reva totally out of it. Ernie wants Reva to retain all her rights. Josh starts talking to Reva directly while the lawyers argue. Reva wants to get away from the business discussion and talk about the house. Russo wants the house sold and the money split. Ernie starts talking about custody of the children and calls Josh a pervert. Russo tells Ernie that Reva is "The Slut of Springfield". That was it, Josh screamed at both of them to stop. He tells Russo that he will not listen to him bad mouth the woman that he has loved almost his entire life. Josh fires Russo. Reva is upset with her lawyer too and she fires Ernie too. Reva looks at Josh and tells him they are right back to where they started. Josh and Reva say good-bye lawyers and fat retainers. They both have a glass of drinking wine. Reva says they will have to find new attorneys but Josh suggests that maybe they won't have to.

She also mentions that Reva was very rowdy as a youth and had earned the nickname, "Slut of Springfield". Olivia returns to the table and tells him that things will be all right and he needs to get the meeting over with. Marah comes in and sees Josh and Billy. She tells them that she is out to meet some friends. Olivia tells her that she is sorry about what she walked in earlier in the week. Marah says it isn't as bad as what she walked in on earlier in the day with Reva and Noah and says that at least with Josh and Olivia it isn't violent. Josh wants to know what violence and wants to know if Noah had hit Reva. Marah says no but mentions the fight and the glass door. Her friends arrive and she wants to leave. Josh is upset that Noah and Reva are having violent fights in front of the kids but Billy says Reva always liked a good fight. Josh says he was prepared to give in to Reva but not now.

Ross comes in and tells Buzz to keep Selena away from Blake. He tells him that she is a bad influence on Blake and turned her into June Cleaver. He said that Blake made tea, scones and little sandwiches without crusts. They are joking about the situation. Ross is trying to do two things, no divorces at work and no marriages at home. Buzz says he is running from commitment. Ross looks at a magazine that was on the bar. He says that he thinks it is the wedding gown that women want the most. Buzz wants to know what is his problem. Ross says he knows what he is doing and he knows how to deal with his wife Blake. Buzz says Ross needs to take off his running shoes. Buzz says his family is cursed and his kid's lives are a mess. Ross says maybe Buzz is really worried about his upcoming wedding to Selena. Buzz says his life is fine but wants to help his kids. Ross says the best thing he can do is not to do anything. Harley makes her go to her room to put more clothes on. Susan asks her if she is the clothing Gestapo. Harley sends her up to change and then turns to ask Phillip if she was right in doing that. Phillip agrees with her and Harley says Susan's problem is part a reaction to her and Phillip's reconciliation and part teenage rebellion. Susan tries to sneak out again but Harley and Phillip catch her. She is wearing a lot of makeup and Harley sends her upstairs again. Susan storms back upstairs. Harley is worried about what she will come down in next. Phillip laughs. She paces the living room waiting on Susan to come back down. When she does she is wearing a hooded sweatshirt and long pants. She is singing a rap song and no makeup. Harley let's her go but tells her she must be home by 11 PM. Susan shouts midnight as she leaves. Harley is angry. At the Lewis's:
Reva and Josh are waiting at the house when Ross arrives. They tell him they have fired their attorneys and need help. He tells them he is still not interested in working on divorces and that he cannot help them. They plea to Ross for assistance saying they would take care of everything and only need him for the legalities. Ross tells them that if they can both look at him and tell him that they both want this divorce he will help. Later, Ross goes over the list of assets they have and tells them that everything looked fine except for the last list of personal property and the children. Ross said he was going to step outside while they settled those. Reva said that Josh could have all the IRA's and she would keep the kids. Josh got angry thinking that Reva was equating the children's value with money. Reva said she wasn't but that the kids belong with her. This sparked a major fight and they started yelling at each other while a saddened Ross listens outside. He daydreams about Reva and Josh in a boxing match beating each other to a pulp. He closes his eyes and rests his head in his hands. Meanwhile, Josh and Reva get through the major part of the battle and get a little sentimental about how they have loved each other their entire lives and never seem to be able to make it work. Reva cries and she and Josh end up holding each other. Finally they go out and get Ross and tell him that they finished up the details and just need him to come in and finalize things. Reva tells Ross that they have decided to split custody of the kids and be fair to each other. Ross tells them that he will take their lists and condense it into a legal contract that he will get to them soon. They ask him if there was anyway they can settle it then and there to get the pain over with. Ross tells them that he has some blank divorce papers they can sign and he will fill them out after he leaves and file them in the morning. They agree to do that.

He tells Danny that he was going to go home and tell Michelle what had happened. Danny doesn't want Rick to tell Michelle telling him that it would do her no good to know. Rick thinks Danny doesn't want her to know because she would jump to conclusions about the shooting as well. Danny assures Rick there was nothing about him or his family that triggered the shooting. Rick tells him if that were true there wouldn't be two Santos guards in front of Ray's room. Rick left. Danny went in to see Ray after a nurse came and said he was coming to. Ray asked Danny over and over about Tony. Danny told him that he is fine and wondered what had happened in the alley. Ray told him about the van and again asked about Tony. Danny said that Abuela had stashed Tony and was making calls on the situation. Danny asked if he could get Ray anything and he asked for his rosary. Danny tells him he would stop by the rectory and pick it up. Ray goes to sleep with Danny sitting next to him. Danny talks about how much he loves and respects Ray for getting out of the "life" clean. Tony comes up to the door and is stopped by the guards. Danny sees him and tells him he is stupid for being there. He takes Tony out into the parking lot and curses him for what had happened to Ray. He lost control and started beating Tony senseless. They hug and he tells Michelle about Ray. He tells her that when she gets there she can see the nurse and she will make an excuse for Danny to leave so Michelle wont have to run into him. Michelle leaves. Later, Meta asks Rick about Abby. He tells her that because he loved her he had to let her go. Meta understood and told him that she is so proud of him and Michelle both. She is there now and will bring some normalcy back into their lives. She tells Rick that someday he will find his mate and will be way ahead of the game.

He tells her that he has been through many, many couples and many divorces and non-divorces and can tell her now that Josh and Reva are not through with each other yet. Olivia is not happy.

Holly comes in and asks Pilar about Ray. Pilar is rude to Holly thinking that she is there as a reporter and she doesn't really care how Ray is. Holly tells Pilar that she likes Ray and promises to pray for him. Pilar tells her to keep her families pain off the front page. Holly leaves with her tail between her legs and goes over to Olivia's table and asked if she can crawl under her table. Olivia said that she could join her if she allowed her to crawl under there with her. They both discuss their rotten days. Olivia asks Holly what she knows about Reva.
