AMC alum James Kiberd's play, The Crusade of Connor Stephens, to be livestreamed

Now you can watch The Crusade of Connor Stephens, the off-Broadway play starring All My Children's James Kiberd (ex-Trevor Dillon), without visiting NYC.

Super exciting news for fans of All My Children alum James Kiberd (ex-Trevor Dillon): now you don't have to physically be in New York City to catch his hit off-Broadway play, The Crusade of Connor Stephens.

The controversial show, written by Dewey Moss, is scheduled to be livestreamed on Thursday, August 3. Viewers can register in advance to stream the 8:00 PM performance by visiting Crusade2017.com/Livestream.

As Soap Central previously reported, The Crusade of Connor Stephens chronicles the story of a Texas family after a school shooting. Kiberd leads the play as Big Jim, an abusive and homophobic Baptist preacher.

"The play deals with the issues of who is it okay to love, would you kill for your God, what is real, what is truth, what is opinion, right down the line, right in a family situation," Kiberd shares. "It's like binge-watching Breaking Bad and Friday Night Lights at the same time. And it's all rolled into this two-hour piece that floors you. It's like a prizefight for the soul of America."

Through August 2, registration is only $1.99, with the price increasing to $3.99 for same-day admission and subsequent viewings.

If you missed our interview with James Kiberd, check it out here because it's a definite must-read. He discusses his time on All My Children, why he disappeared for nearly a decade, and the controversial role he's playing on stage.
