In her parting words, she told Denji to defeat Fakesaw Man, warning that she would kill him in her own way if he failed.

However, not everyone escaped unscathed, as the dismembered body of the human who was stuck near Fakesaw Man’s heart ended up on Denji’s body. This caused the surviving civilians to run away in fear, though Denji tried to come to terms with the situation.

At that moment, fan theories were finally put to rest as the Fire Devil appeared behind Denji. The chapter ends with the Fire Devil posing a question to the protagonist, where it points towards the head of a mysterious person who used to be inside, asking Denji whether he knew him.
