Dandadan Season 2 Episode 9 recap

Dandadan Season 2 Episode 9 picked up from the previous installment’s cliffhanger ending, as Okarun began his battle with the Evil Eye. After an exciting exchange of moves between the two, the protagonist used his newly learned finishing attack to take down the Evil Eye.

While the yokai soon got up and desperately wished to fight more, Okarun used its nature as a child to manipulate it into focusing solely on him, essentially freeing all his friends from its danger.

After Okarun and the Evil Eye decided to fight once a week, the group dispersed the following morning. Since Seiko’s house was shattered, she went on a relaxing bathhouse trip with Momo, Hana and Turbo Granny. By the time they returned, Okarun revealed that he had enlisted Peeny-Weeny and Ludris’s help to rebuild their house.

Although Seiko refused their assistance, they remained determined to pay her back and constructed her house using nanoskin technology. Soon after the chaotic situation ended, Momo and Jiji walked to school together. As they chatted, Jiji inferred that Momo had developed a crush on someone, though she refused to admit it.

However, Jiji was soon surrounded by classmates and offered a cold drink, which he mistakenly drank. The rest of Dandadan Season 2 Episode 9 focused on the Evil Eye’s hilarious adventures in the school, with Momo trying to keep him from causing too much damage.

From taking part in sports to attending classes and eating in the cafeteria, the installment confirmed that the dangerous Evil Eye was nothing more than a child fascinated by new experiences. At the end of the episode, Momo’s friends pointed out Jiji’s change, and suspected that it was caused by a floating golden ball that was spotted at an apartment.
