One Piece, by Eiichiro Oda, is one of the most popular series ever created. The manga is currently in the Elbaph Arc, and the stakes have significantly risen in the recent chapters as Imu, the ruler of the World Government, has stepped onto the battlefield. With a confrontation between the primary antagonist and the main characters drawing near, fans may wish to stay updated with the story.
One Piece chapter 1151 is scheduled for release on June 9, 2025, at 12:00 am JST. The manga will not go on break and will continue its weekly schedule, where chapters come out on Mondays. Due to time zone differences, this will translate to a June 8, 2025, release for most other locations. Specific timings for different zones are 8:00 am PT, 11:00 am ET, 4:00 pm BST, 5:00 pm CT, and 8:30 pm IST.
Therefore, international readers can enjoy the chapter on Sunday itself. Due to One Piece’s dedicated fanbase, leaks and spoilers of the newer installments appear online 3-4 days prior to release, while chapters will officially be available on Viz’s Shonen Jump website and Shueisha’s Manga Plus platform.

What to expect from One Piece chapter 1151 (speculative)?
One Piece chapter 1151 will likely continue focusing on the destructive path of the rogue giants as they spread chaos throughout the island and attempt to kill Jarul. Though many will attempt to stop them, the powers of the God’s Knights combined with Imu’s sinister magic will be too overwhelming.
At the same time, members of the Straw Hats may join the battle to counter the World Government. Robin was last seen trying to escape the vines that trapped her, while it has been a considerable period since Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Loki, and Hajrudin have appeared.
It would be unusual for them to continue staying in the underworld while Elbaph is in flames, so they will most probably return soon and grow enraged upon seeing the devastation caused by Imu.
One Piece chapter 1150 recap
One Piece chapter 1150, titled “Domi Reversi,” picks up from where the previous installment left off, with Imu taking over Gunko’s body and descending onto the battlefield. Just as the giants’ children reunited with the adults, crying about how Gaban had fallen, a wave of Conqueror’s Haki knocked them out unconscious.
Soon after, Imu began flying in the sky, looking like a devil with an arrow-shaped tail, black wings, and a trident. They reprimanded Killingham and Sommers, forcing them to reuse their powers against the giants. Still determined to take control of Elbaph, Imu decided to replace its leaders, crowning Dorry and Brogy as ideal successors and commanding them to kill Jarul.
Unsurprisingly, the giants didn’t heed Imu’s words, and Brogy charged ahead to seize them. At that point, Imu conjured a sword and a shotgun through a mysterious book and severed Brogy’s hand. The antagonist then used a spell called Domi Reversi to turn Brogy into an obedient demon with an immortal body and unyielding strength.
Brogy, who had now grown more menacing and lost his common sense, began attacking his own comrades. Soon after, Dorry and many other giants were also turned into demons. The chapter ends with the demonic giants and Killingham’s MMA approaching Jarul to kill him, while the elderly giant remains steadfast, refusing to run away.
