What to expect from One Piece chapter 1152 (speculative)?

One Piece chapter 1152 will likely continue featuring the devastation caused by the demons and the MMA, with the God’s Knights and Imu looking on gleefully. The antagonists may finally make their way near Jarul, attempting to kill him, though the remaining Straw Hats and giants would try to stop them.

While it is unlikely for them to completely hold back the villains, they may provide enough of a distraction for Luffy and the rest of the crew from the Underworld to finally return and face the forces of the World Government.

With questions surrounding Loki’s true motivations, the connection between Harald and Imu, as well as the impending battle between the protagonist and the World Government’s Ruler, One Piece chapter 1152 is shaping up to be one of the most highly anticipated installments in the manga.

One Piece chapter 1151 recap

One Piece chapter 1151 picks up from where the previous installment left off, with Dorry, Broggy, and other giants having been turned into demons. Following Imu’s orders, they were on the way to Jarul, aiming to overthrow him and reign as kings of Elbaph, who would usher in a new age of war.

Meanwhile, other giants kept flipping and turning into demons too, being represented on some sort of magical board controlled by Imu. Ripley, who was caught up in the chaos, found out Gaban’s fate and was heading towards Colon to save him. Meanwhile, the giant children who were still asleep dreamt of demons, causing nightmare fissures to be born out of Killingham’s powers.

Soon after, Killingham himself was rampaging, with his true face appearing for the first time. The giants and the Straw Hats looked on in disbelief, with Usopp crying out to Dorry and Brogy to stop their destruction.

As Sommers and Killingham asked Imu how much longer they would have to continue, the ruler explained that they would keep pressing until the spirit of Elbaph shattered. Imu also expressed how Elbaph would have already been under their rightful dominion in the past if Harald had not blundered at a critical moment.

The scene then shifted to a few minutes earlier, when Chopper had jumped after Gaban into the Underworld. Determined to save the injured legend, Chopper used his Guard Point. Luffy, Loki, Hajrudin, and the rest of the group, who were eating and arguing, sensed that Chopper had fallen with an injured person.

The group then separated to find the fallen Straw Hat, leaving behind Loki, Gerd, and Goldberg. Loki then received a call from a mysterious person called Mosa, who thanked him for their conversations but regretted that they wouldn’t be able to use the snail transponder for a while.

In response, Loki showed a surprising amount of concern, referring to some trouble Mosa was caught up in. However, before getting answers, the call was cut. Gerd shared her happiness that Loki had found a friend in the Underworld.

At that point, Hajrudin’s group returned, summoning Gerd to treat the injured Gaban. Luffy, who was praising Chopper for having saved Gaban, discovered that the old man was part of the Pirate King’s crew. Additionally, he was considered the third strongest after Roger and Rayleigh, though Gaban himself interjected, weakly saying that he was the second strongest.

Chopper then told Luffy of the situation on top, where kids had been taken hostage and monsters were running freely. Right then, Imu descended, and even those in the Underworld felt their fearsome Haki. Feeling the urgency of the situation, Hajrudin, Luffy, and Loki decided to group and make their way back to the Sun World.
