Despite having an allegedly inoperable brain tumor, Liam (Scott Clifton) managed to survive a bullet wound, which leaves everyone amazed at just how resilient he can be. However, Liam had another trick up his sleeve. He was going to survive even more when Grace (Cassandra Creech) thought she found a miracle.

Liam believed all hope was gone, which was why he was willing to shoot an unarmed, deranged young woman point-blank in the chest. He might not have been arrested yet, but Grace did seem to find some hope for Liam that she never expected.

Now, Liam is ready for an experimental procedure and feels like he has a fighting chance. Will Grace's colleague pull off the miracle they are all hoping for?

Bill (Don Diamont) was stunned to hear that his son was battling cancer all these months, which explains their emotional lunch at Il Giardino a while back. Liam was clearly trying to tell him something, but Bill couldn't pick up on the signs.

Bill's guilt eats away at him as he worries about his son's prognosis. He is willing to spend anything he needs to ensure his son has a fighting chance.

While Liam fights for his life, the Forrester Creations crew is back in business. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is back at the helm behind Eric's (John McCook) desk, and no doubt the Italy trip is on everyone's minds, even if they aren't going. Brooke is going, which likely does not sit well with Steffy. She has to remind herself that this is just business.

With Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) also there, do they also discuss the future of Hope For The Future, as well as the new men's fragrance line? Steffy wants Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) back, Hope is against it, and Carter doesn't know what to think. If Steffy gets her way, there may be trouble in paradise for Hope and Carter. At least Liam may live, right? Then, Hope has another option.
