Liam (Scott Clifton) has already spent months suffering from a brain tumor while facing his own mortality. Now, his heroic move trying to save Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) from the lunacy that was Luna (Lisa Yamada) could end his life sooner than he ever imagined.

Bill (Don Diamont) is still in a state of shock after learning that his bonehead move freeing Luna could now cost Liam his life, just before Hope blurted out the truth about Liam's tumor. Grace (Cassandra Creech) is forced to operate on Liam again, and Bill doesn't know if he will live or die.

Bill's patience is tested as he waits for news on Liam. Is Grace operating due to the bullet wound or does the tumor present a new challenge? Bill is still trying to absorb all this new information.

Liam tried to keep the truth about his condition from his family, but a bullet wound brought it all out into the open. Will Bill be in shock to learn Liam's troubles began right after their big battle in Bill's living room months ago?

Now that Luna is allegedly dead, we can return to a story that began before her beach house art school mess. That's right. Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) is still in town and still wants Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

To that end, he pays a visit to the Forrester Creations design office, where he finds his former wife. Will Brooke's heart be all aflutter when she sees Nick? She has now heard the news of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor's (Rebecca Budig) engagement from Ridge and could be more willing to face the truth.

Nick is ready to romance Brooke and show her what it's like to be with a one-woman man, but will she allow him into her already broken heart?

Over at Eric's mansion, Taylor and Donna (Jennifer Gareis) have a fascinating discussion. There's no doubt that Brooke's name will come into play now that Taylor is wearing a big rock on her finger. Will Donna at least try to be diplomatic?
