Here are your The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, October 27, 2025.
What to Expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

On Friday's all-new episode, separately, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) were put in the hot seat by their families and pushed in the direction of reconciliation. Liam was all in, but Hope needed a bit more convincing, with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) launching her toward the direction of destiny. However, on Monday's episode, Liam shares his true feelings with Hope. Now that Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is moving on with Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is out of the picture entirely, there's nothing standing in the way of Hope and Liam reuniting.
Hope and Liam were estranged for a while, but the dual tragedies of his fake tumor and gunshot wound brought them back together. The fallout of both put Hope and Liam back in close proximity, and their growing connection caused Carter to question his engagement to Hope. Once Hope was free of the pending nuptials to the Forrester COO, she went straight to Liam, and now it seems like they're diving back into a relationship.
Elsewhere in Hope's life, Monday's episode will also have her and Brooke expressing their excitement for the relaunch of Hope For The Future. Hope has a lot to be grateful for with her line, considering she finally secured a lead designer for the revival. Now that Deke (Harrison Cone) is leading the charge with a revamped and revised version of Hope For The Future, the line has a shot at success that it hadn't seen in ages. Not too long ago, Hope was ostracized from the company, so this is her opportunity to prove that bringing her back into the fold wasn't a misstep for Forrester.
Sheila spills secrets about her husband

One of the main talking points of The Bold and the Beautiful lately has been the implosion of Deacon (Seana Kanan) and Sheila's (Kimberlin Brown) marriage. Once Deacon learned that Sheila knew Luna (Lisa Yamada) was alive and kept it to herself, their marriage has remained on life support. To work through his issues with Sheila, Deacon turned to Taylor (Rebecca Budig), something Sheila is quite conflicted about. On one hand, Sheila is glad the Deacon is getting guidance about their marriage, but on the other hand, she can't stop herself from confronting Taylor and demanding she push Deacon toward reconciliation.
On Monday's episode, Sheila reveals that Deacon has been going to therapy with Taylor. It's unclear to whom Sheila divulges this information, but there aren't too many people in Los Angeles who are willing to listen to her. Lately, the person Sheila has lamented her relationship woes to is Li (Naomi Matsuda), so she's a safe bet for the listening ear. There's the possibility of Luna also, but if Sheila has any shot at fixing things with Deacon, she needs to stay as far away from her imprisoned granddaughter as possible.
Sheila's determination to repair her fractured marriage is understandable, but she's not giving Deacon the space or privacy to work through his emotions. Telling people about his therapy sessions without his knowledge or permission is only going to alienate him further if he finds out. He's already contending with her essentially stalking his therapist and demanding she compromise her integrity and thrust him back into her arms. Sheila is teetering on a dangerous ledge regarding her marriage, so any misstep could derail any potential progress that could naturally evolve.
