Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, The Bold and the Beautiful began broadcasting special throwback episodes until it was safe for the cast and crew to return to work. In honor of the 47th Annual Daytime Emmys, The Bold and the Beautiful rebroadcasted five episodes that won its performers Emmy gold -- and they featured all the soap staples: affairs, long-lost relatives, and lots of drama. This episode originally aired on August 13, 2014. In the episode, Hope agreed to take a leap of faith and marry Wyatt in an impulsive, romantic ceremony aboard the Stella Maris.

"Marry me," Wyatt said, "The captain can do it right here on this ship. What do you say? Let's rock and roll." Hope smiled. Wyatt said that he offered her a partnership with no neuroses, no vacillation. He noted that she had to be tired of the constant disappointment and ups and downs that her relationship with Liam had offered.

This episode originally aired on August 12, 2015. In this episode, despite her father's angry confrontation and departure, Maya told her mother, Vivian, that she and Rick would proceed with their wedding.

At the Forrester mansion, after Julius had left, Maya, Vivienne, and Nicole hugged. Maya said she wad ready to go on with the wedding. Nick, the marriage officiant, shared that when he had been sanctioned to perform the marriage, he'd been reminded of the Declaration of Independence. Nick quoted that "it is self evident that all men are created equal."

This episode originally aired on September 14, 2015. In this episode, Thomas was stunned to learn that his father, Ridge, and Caroline moved up their wedding -- to that day.

Thomas opened the door and saw Caroline and Ridge kissing. Thomas said he didn't mean to interrupt, but he had some revisions for Ridge. Ridge replied that Thomas could take his time because Ridge wouldn't have time to review them. Thomas asked why, and Ridge replied that he was getting married. Thomas responded that he knew it already. "Today," Ridge added.

This episode originally aired on September 26, 2016. In the episode, Eric and Quinn were heartbroken when none of Eric's family members showed up on their wedding day.

At the mansion, the romantic wedding scene was somber as the sole guest, Ivy, and the string quartet members looked on. Eric said that his family knew he wanted the marriage. He was in disbelief that Pam and Charlie had left, that his best man hadn't shown up, and that not even Zende had shown up. Quinn loved Eric and didn't want him to lose his family because of her. "Don't marry me," she uttered.

At the cliff house, Ridge visited and talked about the holiday. Steffy hoped the fireworks wouldn't be too loud for Kelly. Ridge noted that Steffy sounded like a mom. Steffy wondered what Liam's mom would think of it all. Ridge said Kelly senior would probably wonder why Liam and Steffy weren't married yet. Ridge asked why Steffy wanted to wait.
