Hope stopped by Steffy's place to have Liam help her with some computer issues. She also gave him a picture of their family that Beth had drawn. The picture caused Liam to choke up. "I hate that I'm gonna leave you two," he said. He apologized for being a downer, but Hope told him his feelings were valid.

After Liam fixed the laptop issue, he told Hope that she didn't need to come up with an excuse to check up on him. "I just maybe wanted things to feel familiar, normal?" Hope mused. Liam liked normal, but reminded Hope her excuse didn't fly because she was not as bad at tech stuff as she was claiming.

Hope just wanted Liam to be with them as long as possible. "I promise that I'm going to do everything I can to spend as much time as I can with the people I love," Liam assured. He told Hope that he had brief moments where he would genuinely forget that he didn't have much time left.

"It's generally when I'm with the girls. Then, reality kicks in, and it's a reality that I can still hardly believe is mine, but even after that, the feeling is gratitude that I'm not alone," Liam said. Hope reminded Liam that she and Steffy were always there for him. Liam claimed that both women have been their lifeline.

Hope took that comment as an opening to try to convince Liam he could have other lifelines if his family knew what was really going on. Hope understood Liam's reasoning for not saying anything yet, but she knows how she would have felt if Steffy had never told her. "If it was too late and I didn't get this chance, this opportunity to spend this time with you, I would have been devastated," Hope said.

Liam reiterated that he didn't want to upend her whole life. "It didn't. Everyone's life, it gets busy. We have our own issues, but something like this? It brings clarity, perspective, and Bill and your brothers? They would want to know. They would want to do anything to have this time with you, and that is a gift that you can give them now. So, please, take advantage of that," Hope begged.

Liam still didn't want his family to focus on him. He knew that Bill would do everything he could to try to find a cure when there was none. All Liam wanted was to spend time with Hope, Steffy, and his girls while he was still strong enough, so his other family members were not on his mind.

Hope still insisted. "You have always been there for the people in your life at the drop of a hat...Can you please let us return the favor?" Hope asked. She pointed out that she was fortunate enough to know the truth, so she could spend as much time as possible with Liam. She knows that others would want to, as well. "Please, let the people who love you rally around you and support you," Hope added.

In Eric's office, Finn assured a fearful Steffy that he wouldn't allow Luna anywhere near her or their kids. Ridge and Taylor thanked Finn for standing by Steffy through all of this Luna drama. "I feel your loyalty to me and the children, despite the fact that Luna is your daughter," Steffy said. "Biologically, Luna is your daughter, but she's nothing like you. She doesn't have your heart or your goodness," she added.

Ridge advised Finn not to ask himself about what-ifs with Luna, as they didn't help anyone. Taylor concurred. "You're a good man, Finn. Luna is a deeply troubled young woman," she said.

Taylor then assessed Luna, noting that she wasn't her patient. "Luna latched onto this fantasy of a life she thought she was owed because of what she endured growing up. In her mind, killing Tom was the only way she could get there," Taylor explained. "While she's claimed that she's changed, clearly, that's not the case. Luna is dissociating herself from her crimes. It's extremely common for someone who's experienced trauma."

Taylor was highly concerned about the lengths to which Luna would go to secure her place as Finn's daughter. Once Finn was gone, Ridge expressed how worried he was about Steffy. "You can take a chance with Luna," he said. Steffy claimed she didn't want to live in constant fear. She trusted Finn to keep her family safe.

Luna listened to her mother in horror as Poppy tried to reason with her and explain why Finn might not want her in his life or around his family. Luna decided to blame her mother. "It's your fault. You kept me from my father. I never had a chance to have a relationship with him because of you," Luna insisted. "And I can't let Steffy keep me from him, too."

Poppy claimed that everything she did was to protect Luna, but Luna didn't see it that way. She was constantly moved around. "I had no roots anywhere. I barely had any friends cause I was always the weird new girl. And let's not forget the revolving door of men," Luna lamented, before calling Poppy the worst mother in the world.

Luna whined that she wanted a connection when she was a child, but Poppy claimed they had that. "Nozawa Power, right?" Luna asked incredulously. "This catchphrase that you used as a secret mother-daughter handshake was really just a way to manipulate me....Just like Steffy, you want to dictate my life. You kept me from Finn my entire childhood, and now Steffy is trying to do the same to me as an adult."

Poppy reminded Luna that she couldn't keep using her upbringing as an excuse for her actions, no matter how difficult it was. Luna accused Poppy of taking no responsibility. "I already admitted to mistakes as your parent. I can take responsibility, can you?" Poppy asked.

All Luna could do was complain about people rejecting her, including Bill. "Bill got you pardoned! You owe your life and your freedom to that man," Poppy exclaimed. All Luna could do was repeat that she'd have a relationship with Finn, and Steffy wouldn't stop her.

Later, Luna walked right into Steffy's living room again when Liam and Hope were gone and Finn was alone. Luna went on with her same spiel about dreaming of a father who wouldn't abandon her. She claimed she needed Finn, but an alarmed Finn once again put Luna in her place.

"You killed two people! You drugged and abducted my wife! You may be my daughter, but we will never have a relationship — and you can't come here to see me or my family ever again!" Finn shouted.
