What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Finn couldn't believe that Luna might be pregnant with Will's baby. Luna asked for an OB-GYN recommendation from him, and he said he had one. "The one they assign you in prison," he told her. He questioned how she could be walking around Los Angeles as a free woman, but she told him Bill was to thank for that.
Finn was baffled at Bill's choice to move Luna back into the Spencer mansion. Luna had enough clarity to know that she wouldn't be at Bill's if she wasn't carrying the heir to the Spencer family fortune.
At the hospital, Li was confronted by Taylor and Ridge over saving Luna's life. She defended herself, saying she thought proper guidance would correct Luna’s behavior. However, despite any justifications thrown at them, Ridge pointed out how she also kept her from returning to prison. Being a doctor and saving a life was one thing, but she allowed a criminal to roam free.
Li confessed she expected a visit from Ridge and Taylor once they learned she faked Luna's death. She thought she could help Luna and mold her into a productive member of society, but it was a mistake. She assured Ridge he was right and there was no saving her granddaughter.
Li wished she could go back in time to stop herself from saving Luna's life. She felt stabbed in the back by Luna since she reverted to her criminal activities. Taylor ripped into Li for putting Steffy and her grandchildren in danger. Li understood her anger, but said she already felt bad enough. Ridge piled on, stating he didn’t want to think about what could've happened, but Li's actions forced them to do it. He said, "Because of your stupid judgment, Luna should be in jail right now, but instead, she's living large at Bill's house."
Li said there was nothing they could tell her that she hadn't already felt or thought about herself. She apologized for her actions and referred to them as a "tremendous mistake." She didn't know what she was thinking when she took Luna away, but Ridge showed her that she didn't prevent anything. She merely prolonged the inevitable. Ridge didn't care about anything Li had to say because his only concern was keeping his family safe.
Hope told Deke she knew something was up with him lately because of a lack of social media posts on his part. Deke defended withholding his move to Los Angeles from Hope and Deacon, but while Hope ranted, he got a text from Remy. Hope expressed a desire to learn all of the details about Deke's mystery man, and he laughed nervously.
She told Deke there was no pressure about meeting his new man, but she was elated to have him back. Hope told Zeke she wanted a new designer for Hope For The Future now that it's back for another chance at success.
Hope recognized that most of the designers were focused on the couture lines, so there was nobody to lead her design time. She also stated that while she was open to receiving input from Thomas, there was a lot of history there to work through. She found it a shame because Thomas' talents as a designer were impacted by their tumultuous past. Deke agreed regarding Thomas' design abilities, but he reminded Hope there was a world of young designers out there for her to consider.
Deke said bold patterns on Hope's new line would turn heads. He pointed out that one of her other designs would not thrive in today's market trends. He admitted he got too excited speaking about fashion, but she calmed him by saying Forrester Creations was the best place to be excited about fashion. On that subject, he said there was something for him to prove to the world. He wanted Deacon to speak to Brooke about finding an opening for him at Forrester. Getting into the family business is all he could think about.
Hope felt like working with Deke would be a lot of fun, but he was concerned about the optics of a nepo hire. His great ideas have stuck out to Hope, so she was ready to pitch them to Steffy and Ridge. She thought that Deke was what she needed to elevate Hope For The Future into its new era. She's open to working with anyone as the new lead designer of her line. Any designer who could infuse new life into her designs was on the table as an option.
Back at the Spencer estate, Bill berated someone on the phone about securing a loophole-free paternity test. Katie recommended Bridget as their best option for administering the test since they needed someone they could fully trust. They racked their brains over how they entered into the situation. Showing some self-awareness, Bill confessed that he was to blame for what his family had endured. Had he not gotten Luna pardoned, none of this would have happened.
Katie shut down Bill's attempt at self-blaming and cited Li as the person primarily responsible for Luna's actions. If Li didn't fake Luna's death, she would've never had the opportunity to prey upon Will and their family.
Bill continued taking accountability for the havoc caused by Luna. He explained to Katie that Liam wouldn't have been shot, and she couldn't have taken advantage of Will if he hadn't done that. Katie urged Bill to let himself off the hook a little bit, even if some of it was justified. Bill said Katie provided much-needed clarity in his life, but she wanted the focus to remain on their son and Luna. Katie realized they hadn't seen Luna in a bit, so she went upstairs to check on her location
Bill and Katie realized Luna was missing from her room, but Katie urged them both to calm down and think about it. They knew she wouldn't go too far for too long because her Spencer baby is her meal ticket. The door opened to the house, and Luna casually strolled in. They were stunned by her brazen, casual attitude because she doesn't get to leave on a whim. However, she defended her actions by stating she had to see someone. Finn flipped, screaming, "I can't believe you. You moved Luna back into your house after everything she has done. What were you thinking?"
Luna explained to Bill and Katie that Finn was stunned and confused by her return from the dead. Katie confirmed all of Luna's stories about the pregnancy, but she cautioned that Will hadn't yet been confirmed by the father. Luna protested again at the idea of the baby being anyone besides Will's. However, Finn couldn't get past what she had done in the past. He asserted a continued desire to protect Steffy and the kids from Luna's behavior.
Finn barked at Luna about the need to keep her behind bars, despite the pregnancy. It's complicated, and Bill agreed. He then requested discretion from Finn. They don't know how they're going to handle things yet, but before anything could've been decided, Taylor and Ridge busted through the front door. They wanted the police called immediately because of her crimes against Steffy, Liam, and Sheila. It appeared as if people were on vastly different pages about how to handle Luna.
