Days of our Lives Spoilers, October 17: The search for Sophia begins

It looks like multiple people are desperate to find Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), a troubled young woman who pulled a runner once she felt the walls closing in and her secret coming out. Sophia packed a bag, grabbed a stuffed animal, and high-tailed it out of her parents' house.

Now, Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) are desperate to find her to get to the truth. Johnny and Chanel (Raven Bowens) still want to adopt Tesoro, but they need Sophia to admit that she is the person who sabotaged their chances out of revenge.

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard) are also determined to find Sophia and confront her, so they team up and embark on a search. They just want Sophia to explain herself and give them some answers, so they could put this entire chapter behind them.

Did Sophia skip town or is she hiding out somewhere in Salem? Perhaps she wants to say goodbye to her baby first, so the Hernandez house might be a good place to start.

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) realizes that way too many people now know that she is Anastasia Sands and wrote One Stormy Night. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) figured it out, Jeremy (Michael Roark) figured it out, and she told Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). Now, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) seems to know because he showed up asking questions that she didn't want to answer.

Stephanie is paranoid that this news will now go public and destroy her public relations career. On top of that, she will be mortified if the entire world knew she wrote such a racy novel.

Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie need to come up with a plan to keep Stephanie's identity a secret before her mystery novel makes its debut.

Does Alex also bother mentioning to Stephanie that he met Jeremy at The Brady Pub and warned him to stay away from Stephanie, or he'd have to answer to Alex? That could either flatter Stephanie or insult her because she thinks she can handle this on her own.
