5) Superman vs Clark Kent (Superman III)

While the 1983 film might not be one of the favorite Superman films for many, it still had one of the most intense scenes with the superhero. In the movie, Clark Kent consumes synthetic Kryptonite, which corrupts him, and he begins committing acts of vandalism and everything that he stood against.
One of the most intense scenes is when, after a nervous breakdown, Clark Kent and Superman split up and fight each other. Fighting the evil outside might be difficult, but fighting the evil that has consumed turns out to be more difficult, as seen in this sequence in the film.
4) Lex Luthor vs Superman (All-Star Superman)

Adapted from the comics of the same name, the fight between Superman and his arch-enemy, Lex, is intense and profound. In the animated film, Lex steals the serum that Clark made for Lois and gains superpowers for a day.
The first thing he does after gaining powers is attack the Daily Planet, where Clark works, and fight a weak Superman who was already dying of radiation poisoning caused by an overdose of solar radiation. Although he overpowers the superhero, he has a change of heart when he suddenly sees the world just as Superman does. He later destroys the serum that he created, even after Lex asks him not to, by telling him that if he wanted to help people overcome their miseries, he would have helped them long ago.
3) Superman joins the Justice League in their fight against Steppenwolf (Zack Snyder’s Justice League)

Superman’s death was a significant event for the Justice League, as it attracted more villains to the Earth, such as Steppenwolf. Moreover, even after resurrection, Clark Kent not remembering anything was a bigger setback for the Justice League, as they had to fight Steppenwolf and the Parademons alone.
However, as they seem to be overpowered by Steppenwolf in the final battle, Superman flew to their rescue in his iconic black suit. The powerful entry where he stopped Darkseid’s lieutenant from attacking Victor by freezing his weapon. And who would forget the powerful punch that even made Aquaman and Wonder Woman admire the entry, and the team succeeds in killing Steppenwolf, making it one of the most intense and iconic moments of Superhero.
2) Fighting Zod and his men (Man of Steel)

Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel had some intense action sequences with Clark Kent, who was still trying to understand his origin and powers. General Zod and his mates, after escaping from the Phantom Zone, came to Earth to make it a Kryptonite planet.
However, tracking down Clark’s house and attacking his mother turned out to be dangerous for them, as it didn’t take much time for the red-caped hero to fly and take him with him while hurling one punch after another. The intense fight with Zod, later with a bulked-up Kryptonian, and Faora, including military weapons, was one of the most intense moments of a Superman fight.
1) Batman vs. Superman (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice)

Dawn of Justice was an intense film for Batman and Superman fans when they saw their favorites fight each other due to Lex Luthor’s evil manipulations and blackmail. Batman sees Clark as a threat to his planet, while Luthor blackmails Clark into fighting Bruce to save his mother, Martha’s life.
This ensues the epic fight between the two as Batman uses Kryptonite gas and overpowers him, and is about to kill him when Lois arrives and tells him the truth. While in the end, they both happen to be on the same side, the fight between two heroes due to a manipulative villain might be one of the intense moments of Superman so far.
