Another Simple Favor has a vibrant cast, which includes returning actors as well as new additions.

Released on Prime Video on May 1, 2025, the film is a sequel to the 2018 comedy thriller, A Simple Favor. Helmed by Paul Feig, the film follows the return of Emily into the life of Stephanie. The film looks at a series of events that take place post Emily's return into Stephanie's life, as Emily invites Stephanie to her big fat wedding in Capri, Italy.

1) Allison Janney as Aunt Linda

Allison Janney joins the cast as Emily's aunt Linda. She is also the sister of Emily's mother, Margaret.

Apart from her role in the film, the Academy and Golden Globe winning actor was previously seen in The West Wing (1999-2006), American Beauty (1999), The Hours (2002), Juno (2007), Spy (2015), Masters of Sex (2013-2016), The Girl on the Train (2016), Bad Education (2019), Lou (2022), and The Diplomat (2024-present), among others.

2) Alex Newell as Vicky

Alex Newell essays the role of Stephanie's agent Vicky in the film. Vicky is excited to go to Capri for a further build-up of Stephanie and Emily's story.

Actor Joshua Satine returns to the role of Stephanie's son, Miles Smothers, from the original film, A Simple Favor (2018).

2) Ian Ho as Nicholas 'Nicky' Townsend-Nelson

Ian Ho essays the role of Emily and Sean's son, Nicholas 'Nicky' Townsend-Nelson.

3) Bashir Salahuddin as Detective Summerville

Bashir Salahuddin reprises the role of Detective Summerville in the film. In the original film, he had aided Stephanie in the case to find the truth about Emily.
