Rumours have been making the rounds that Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have ended their nearly two-year relationship. The Kylie Beauty mogul seems to have ended the speculations by liking a post shared by the actor.

On August 12, 2025, Chalamet posted trailer photos of his upcoming movie Marty Supreme, and Kylie Jenner showed her support by liking it. A quick search on Instagram shows that the Jenner sister still follows Chalamet, although the actor doesn’t follow anyone on the platform.

Fans and media began to speculate if there was trouble in paradise following the breakup songs on the beauty entrepreneur’s recent Instagram Stories. Songs like Jeff Buckley’s Lover, You Should’ve Come Over and Crying, Laughing, Loving, Lying by Labi Saffre resulted in varying breakup theories online.

The couple was last seen enjoying a romantic getaway in Saint Tropez, France, in July 2025. Rumours of their breakup intensified after Timothée Chalamet was noticeably absent at Kylie Jenner’s 28th birthday celebrations.

The reality TV star and social media influencer celebrated her birthday with family and friends and captioned a carousel of photos on Instagram:

"Best birthday ever. I'm so grateful to my family and friends for making this weekend so special and full of love. 28 feels so good!!!!! To my sister @kendalljenner, thank you from the bottom of my heart for planning everything so perfectly. I'm so lucky to have you."

News outlet reports that although Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet haven’t seen each other in weeks they are still going strong

According to an exclusive report by People published on August 15, 2025, the reality TV star and the actor have not seen each other in a while. Despite this, their relationship is still going strong. A source told the publication that their time apart is due to Chalamet’s busy schedule. The actor is currently filming Dune Part 3 in Budapest:

“They haven’t seen each other for a few weeks only because Timothée’s been filming Dune in a studio in Budapest, and Kylie’s been working too. She visited him in July."

The source added:

"But even though Kylie has a private jet, the flight is still 12 hours. She’s a mom, and she works as well. She has a lot of responsibilities in LA. Timothée’s schedule is gruelling, with very little downtime.”

The publication reported that the couple is trying to make things work despite the long distance by FaceTiming each other. Chalamet will reportedly move to Jordan and Abu Dhabi to continue filming once he’s done in Budapest.
