Recently, there have been rumors that the All Too Well singer Taylor Swift and the football player for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL), Travis Kelce, have secretly been married.

This rumor was debunked by Taylor herself when she visited the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Florida over the weekend. There, one of the patients had asked what she was doing in Florida.

Taylor had replied, saying that

''My boyfriend is training here.''

The fact that Taylor referred to Kelce as her 'boyfriend' debunked the rumor that they were secretly married.

The rumors and fans' speculations began when Ellie Nottoli, the event planner who recently organized the wedding of the NFL player Cole Kmet and his bride Emily Jarosz, posted an Instagram story in which there was an envelope named "Taylor and Travis Kelce" at Table 13.

Since the invitation had no mention of Taylor's surname, fans speculated that they were secretly married and that's how the rumors had begun. Taylor and Kelce didn't attend that wedding; instead, they attended Kelce's cousin's wedding in Nashville on June 6, 2025. The couple was captured smiling for photos and interacting with guests at the wedding.

Swift, however, managed to address the rumors and speculation over the internet when she visited the children's hospital in Florida on June 13. In the hospital, Swift spent a few hours with the patients and staff, signing autographs, taking selfies, and handing out friendship bracelets.

In the hospital, a patient asked her about what she was doing in Florida. Swift replied, saying:

''My boyfriend is training here, so I just thought I’d come and see how you’re doing, just drop in on you, you know what I mean?.''

The clip of this interaction between Taylor and the patient went viral over the internet, and the rumor was debunked.

Travis is currently preparing for the upcoming NFL season, and Taylor will also be present to support him. A source told People this about Taylor's excitement:

''Taylor is really looking forward to the upcoming NFL season. Not just because she loves supporting Travis, but because for the first full season since they started dating, she’s not juggling a packed tour schedule.''
