Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding is set on June 27, 2025, in Venice.

It is believed to be one of the most luxurious and grand weddings of the year. Some have even decided to call the Amazon founder's wedding the "wedding of the century." According to Reuters, Luca Zaia, the president of the Veneto regional government, stated that the wedding and its associated costs are expected to range from $46.5 to $55.6 million.

The party has already started, and numerous A-listers were seen at a foam party on Bezos' $500 million superyacht. In addition to the wedding costs, Bezos will also be donating $1.2 million to different charities. According to Reuters, these include Corila, which is an academic institute that studies Venice's lagoon ecosystem. He will also be making donations to the Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera, and the ANSA news agency.

Jeff Bezos pulls out all the stops for his wedding

Even though the wedding venue of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding is still confidential, Reuters revealed that the former Amazon CEO has booked up to 90 private jets and 30 water taxis for the wedding guests.

As for their accommodation, Bezos arranged five of the most luxurious hotels to host the 250 wedding guests. One of the hotels on the list includes the Cipriani on the island of Giudecca, as well as the Aman on the Grand Canal.

Additionally, the couple will also be making donations on behalf of their guests. They will be donating to the UNESCO Venice Office to:

“safeguard this city's irreplaceable cultural heritage.”

Another donation will be made to the Venice International University, which would help:

“support research and education for sustainable solutions.”

The spending doesn't stop here. According to Page Six, Jeff Bezos gave his soon-to-be wife a wedding gift that cost $3 million. This lavish gift is:

"a diamond necklace that circles her neck with a large center stone and matching earrings," according to an insider source.

They added:

"You won't be able to miss this elegant diamond necklace as it's almost as massive as Jeff’s superyacht. Lauren is thrilled with her blinding new necklace and earrings that take her already impressive collection up several notches."
