Scott Wolfe’s temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf has been dismissed. It would seem that the couple reached an agreement on July 15, 2025.
People reported that the couple reached a compromise on custody, communication, visitation, and finances. The news outlet reported that the Party of Five actor was granted temporary sole physical custody of the three children from the marriage, Jackson, Miller, and Lucy.
At the same time, Kelley Wolf is allowed supervised parenting time with them. While she can respond if the children initiate additional contact, Kelley is subject to supervised parenting to be coordinated by counsel and supervised video or phone calls during reasonable waking hours.
Kelley’s supervision may be reevaluated if the court-appointed guardian raises concerns about it.
Kelley Wolf was placed under an "involuntary 5150" after she reportedly tried to take the children outside the country
On June 10, 2025, Kelley announced on social media that she was separating from her husband after 21 years of marriage:
“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” she wrote at the time. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me, rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children."
She refused to divulge more information about the divorce but added that she had done everything possible to make their marriage work:
"While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”
She described Scott Wolf as “one of the best fathers” and “one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with.”
The conflict between the estranged couple was escalated on June 13, when Kelley Wolf was detained by Sheriffs in Utah County and placed in a psychiatric hold after she had reportedly attempted to take the children outside of the country and exhibited other behaviour sufficient to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”
July 6, 2025, saw the reality TV star placed on another involuntary psychiatric hold after an incident involving a knife. She received treatment for a week at a facility in Salt Lake City.
Per the new agreement, Kelley Wolf is barred from entering the family’s Park City Home but may meet with the children there if allowed by the supervisor. Scott will provide Kelley $10,000 per month and cover her car payments, minor credit card payments, and attorney fees.
