Matthew Perry died two years ago on October 28. The reason behind his death was ruled out as a ketamine overdose. According to an exclusive report by Radar Online, the Friends actor had reportedly been clean for nearly a year and a half before his death.

On the day he died, the Friends actor reportedly played a game of pickleball and asked his personal aide, Kenneth Iwamasa, to give him his first ketamine infusion dose around 8:30 a.m. and the second dose after four hours and fifteen minutes.

According to Iwamasa, Perry reportedly told him to give his third shot around 1:25 pm, saying:

"Shoot me up with a big one."

Matthew Perry was found unresponsive in his hot tub that same day. A later investigation linked his death to a drug network, leading to charges against five people, including his aide and two doctors.

Five people pleaded guilty in Matthew Perry's case

Matthew Perry's death came as a shock to the world. After the incident, five people named Jasveen Sangha, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Erik Fleming, Kenneth Iwamasa, and Dr. Mark Chavez were charged.

In the report published by the Department of Justice, DEA Administrator Anne Milgram gave a statement that read:

"Today we announce charges brought against the five individuals who, together, are responsible for the death of Matthew Perry. We allege each of the defendants played a key role in his death by falsely prescribing, selling, or injecting the ketamine that caused Matthew Perry’s tragic death. Matthew Perry’s journey began with unscrupulous doctors who abused their position of trust because they saw him as a payday, to street dealers who gave him ketamine in unmarked vials."

Another report released by the Department of Justice in August this year stated:

"Jasveen Sangha, 42, a.k.a. 'Ketamine Queen,' of North Hollywood, has agreed to plead guilty to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury."

The report also included detailed talk between Sangha and Fleming:

"Two days after Perry’s death, Fleming left Sangha a voicemail on Signal and texted, 'Please call . . . Got more info and want to bounce ideas off you. I’m 90% sure everyone is protected. I never dealt with [Perry]. Only his Assistant. So the Assistant was the enabler. Also they are doing a 3 month tox screening . . . Does K stay in your system or is it immediately flushed out[?].'"

As of now, all five have admitted to their charges, according to Radar Online.
