Does Scott Wolf have a restraining order against his estranged wife Kelley Wolf? Cops called to actor's home over fears of ex making an appearance

Although actor Scott Wolf was given a temporary restraining order against his wife, Kelley Wolf, the same was dropped recently. Meanwhile, on July 21, Us Weekly published an exclusive report stating that police officials were requested to visit Scott Wolf’s place on June 27.

The identity of the person who made the call has not been disclosed. However, after making the call, the person said he was afraid his wife would come over to his place and create a scene. It cannot be said for sure if Scott Wolf himself made the call or if it was about Kelley Wolf.

The Summit County Sheriff’s Office shared a report in which the dispatcher asked the person the reason for the call. The person said:

“So, I have a restraining order against my estranged wife. And there was some reason to believe, through friends, that she was going to show up at the house with someone tonight … and kinda make a scene.”

The man said he was coming home from a trip with his three kids. He explained that she knew what flight they were on and what time they would arrive. He said someone told him she might show up at the house with another person.

He also told the dispatcher what time his GPS said he would reach home and offered to wait there until an officer arrived. The report stated that the officer went to the place but left without making any arrests.

Scott Wolf applied for legal separation from Kelley Wolf, the news of which came out in June 2025. He is a father to three children, whom he shares with Kelley. At the time, he shared a statement with People Magazine, stating:

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley. Our children have always been and continue to be the loves of our lives and our every priority. So, I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Kelley Wolf also posted her thoughts about the divorce in an Instagram post, writing that the decision came after a long period of reflection. She said the journey had been filled with hope, patience, and care for their children. While she chose not to share the details, she felt at peace knowing she had done her best with kindness and integrity.
