“He didn't care”: Netizens react as leaked call reveals Kodak Black allegedly hit on Mariah the Scientist during Young Thug's jail stint

A leaked conversation between Mariah the Scientist and Young Thug has been making the rounds on social media platforms. According to HotNewHipHop, Mariah told Thug that Kodak Black once made advances to her. Black’s message, which she read out to Young Thug, mentioned:

“I have been f*cked about you and I just can’t put that to rest. I would love to come to some kind of terms with you, babe. You know, it’s queen treatment only.”

She then asked Young Thug to guess who could have sent her the message. He replied that he didn’t like it, and then Mariah revealed that it was Kodak Black. Mariah the Scientist said she was clueless about what kind of feelings Black had towards her. According to her, Kodak Black acknowledged that her partner was locked up and wanted him to be released. She added:

“He been like that too like since the day I ever met him in my life. Like he been crazy like that.”

In June 2025, Mariah the Scientist and Young Thug sat down with GQ to take a couple’s quiz. She asked Thug about one of her qualities that people would be surprised to know. He replied that she was smarter than she looked. This took Mariah by surprise, and she asked Thug what it was supposed to mean. He replied:

“You know, some girls just be like super cute and then, you just forget like, or you don't realize, or you don't know and you know how to cook for sure. For sure, you cook.”

She then asked him to describe her nighttime routine. He replied that it was a back-and-forth between seeing the mirror and doing other stuff. Mariah the Scientist then asked him about her favorite muffin. Young Thug replied:

“It's a blueberry muffin with some type of f*cking bread crumb glaze, some sh*t on top of it. Blueberry muffin with streusel from Publix.”

She then asked him about the best gift he had ever given her, and he replied, "Earrings." Mariah said that although it was the wrong answer, she still liked the earrings.
