Hulk Hogan reportedly left out daughter Brooke Hogan as beneficiary of $5 Million estate

As per a recent article by US Weekly, late American wrestler Hulk Hogan's son Nick Hogan recently revealed that his late father left assets worth $5 million, but his sister Brooke Hogan wasn't a beneficiary.

Nick Hogan filed court documents revealing the information that Brooker Hogan was not listed as a beneficiary of the estate. The documents filed on September 9 revealed that Nick, along with a man named Terry McCoy to be named co-personal representative of his estate.

Nick claimed in the documents that his father, Hulk Hogan, had drafted his will in the year 2016. It was later amended in the years 201, 2021, 2022, and finally in July 2023. While Nick was listed as a sole beneficiary of the estate, his widow Melanie Sky Daily was listed as a surviving spouse, and his sister Brooke Hogan was not listed as a beneficiary.

According to the documents, Hulk Hogan left behind $200,000 in bitcoin, $799,000 in intellectual and personal property, and his publicity rights, which are valued at $4 million and an undetermined amount for a possible medical malpractice case.

Hulk's real estate, which might be owned by an LLC or trust, was not mentioned by Nick in the documentation. The well-known wrestler owned two distinct residences in Clearwater Beach, Florida, that were adjacent to one another. The estimated value of the houses is $11 million. The court appointed McCoy to act as a curator in the lawsuit against Bubba.

As per reports by TMZ, Hulk's widow was planning to file a medical malpractice lawsuit against Hulk's doctors. According to her, Hulk underwent neck surgery in May, which seemingly was not executed properly.

Hulk Hogan passed away at his Florida home on July 24, as per news reports. The reason for his demise is believed to be Acute myocardial infarction.

On July 26, Nick Hogan posted a heartfelt tribute to his father on social media. Nick wrote:

“Hearing so many kind words and stories about my dad’s life, interactions and experiences with everyone has been incredible and comforting.”

He added:

“My dad was the most incredible person I’ve ever known and will always be my hero. He was the most kind, loving and amazing father anybody could ask for. I feel so blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world. He was not only the best dad but also my mentor and my best friend. He always has been my best friend and I love him and miss him more than I could ever explain.”

The rumors were confirmed on July 24 when Hulk Hogan passed away from a heart attack while receiving rehabilitation at his home in Clearwater, Florida. At the time of his death, Hogan was 71.
