Actress Blake Lively seems to have allegedly caused a scene at a New York clothing store. On June 7, 2025, a TikTok user named Landon took to the social platform where she posted a self-recorded video criticizing Lively’s way of treating employees.

Landon and the It Ends with Us actress were at the Stoney Clover Lane. At first, she didn’t even realize Lively was there as she was browsing for her sister. However, she then noticed how Lively spoke to the store employees, which she described as very rude. The TikToker said:

“If anyone is still a fan of Blake Lively, I think recheck your decision on that because she’s not very nice to the common people.”

Landon found that the way the actress asked for untouched products at the shopping centre came across as entitled. The TikToker went on:

“I was like, ‘Oh my God. People are working hard in stores like this and this is how you’re treating them?’ Like, you’re being so entitled.”

In the video, Landon said the experience was unpleasant. She wondered how the celebrity still had any fans after what she witnessed.

Landon said that as soon as they left the store, it became obvious they weren’t welcome there, even though it was a public store with no signs saying entry wasn’t allowed, and nothing had been blocked off.

She added that right after they walked out, Blake Lively’s security guard positioned himself in front of the door. While she was standing at the corner of the street, she noticed the guard continuing to stare at her.

Looking back at a fan's meet-up with Blake Lively at a hotel

Blake Lively reportedly shared an Instagram story about her visit to Stoney Clover Lane. Sharing a photo of a pouch with letters B and R designed on it, Lively wrote:

“@stoneyclover = my heaven. Not an ad. I’m simply a 90s child who will forever be a devotee to any concept that includes make your own custom neon pastel glitter paradise … forever and ever, always.”

Earlier in March 2025, Kaityln Cooper spoke to the Daily Mail about her encounter with the actress at a hotel. Cooper said she took a quick video of Lively in the hotel lobby. However, Lively reacted negatively, allegedly following her and her mother the next day and even noting their car’s license plate.

Cooper also claimed someone from Blake Lively’s team later looked at her Instagram stories. She told the media outlet:

“I just pulled up my phone and started recording a very brief clip. It was nothing exciting. I want to show my friends.”

She went on:

“We were loading up our car and I heard, "Hi," and it was a woman's voice, I looked up, and see [Blake]. She's got her phone up [like she's recording me]. Out of instinct, I just said hi back, because what do you say?”

Cooper said she was surprised when Blake Lively gave her phone to her security guard, who then walked around their car again before both of them returned to the hotel. She and her mother were left confused by what was going on.

Kaitlyn Cooper felt the behavior seemed overly cautious and believed they were possibly checking to see if she would upload the video online.
