NFL player Stefon Diggs is reportedly facing a lawsuit and has been accused of s**ual assault by influencer Christopher Blake Griffith. Page Six reported that the latter was drugged and assaulted at the former's Maryland home in May 2023, and allegedly planned to kill him. According to sources, Christopher reportedly filed a lawsuit against Stefon on October 1, shortly after he welcomed a baby with his current partner, Cardi B.

Stefon Diggs has strongly denied the claims and reportedly filed a defamation lawsuit against Christopher. In a new update initially reported by TMZ, Christopher is reportedly not backing out and countersued on November 21, asserting the allegations. He took to his Instagram on November 18 to share a carousel of photos, with one picture claiming that Diggs has a "history of drugging people at his private parties." Christiopher captioned the post as,

"Say nothing."

Amid welcoming a new baby and ACL recovery, New England Patriots' receiver, Stefon Diggs has also been accused of s*xual battery by Christopher Blake Griffith. The latter's attorney, Jake Lebowitz, told Page Six that they are going ahead with a countersuit. He told the news outlet,

"Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the s**ual and physical attacks perpetrated against him."

The outlet reported that Chris has also accused Stefon Diggs of coordinating a "violent attack" with his brother, Darez Diggs and two other people against him in May 2023. The document reportedly alleges,

"This attack came as a direct result of Mr. Diggs’s rebuffed s**ual advances toward Mr. Griffith."

Jake Lebowitz reiterated that they will not be withdrawing their lawsuit and told Page Six,

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted s**ual advances and his brother’s violent attacks."

He added,

"Not only will we defend against these false allegations but our counterclaims for s**ual battery will be filed shortly.”

Christopher Griffith's allegations against Diggs first came to the surface in August through a social media post. The latter has denied the explosive claims and has filed for an undisclosed amount in damages and legal fees. The pre-hearing trial is reportedly scheduled for July 2026.
