William Ray Norwood Jr., also known as Ray J, has shared his thoughts on some of the claims about Diddy in the recently released documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning. On December 9, he shared a self-recorded video in which he commented on the claims, one of which was about someone waking up beside females. Ray J said:

“Now as a journalist, you heard me say what I said and that’s kind of what cranked this whole thing up but then fast forward to the documentary, ni**a’s saying that they was getting their a**taken bro? Multiple times?”

Ray J continued:

“Yo, what the f*ck is going on in this world, bro? Ni**a said, ‘I woke up with females in a bed. Then I woke up and Diddy was in the bed. What was Diddy doing in the bed, bro? Bro, I went and took a sh*t and my sh*t coming out, way more runnier. I am feeling sore around the rear end area. I know what happened. I have been taking.”

In the documentary, Lil Rod criticised those who were upset over Diddy’s recent troubles. He said Combs was not a king but a “monster.” According to Lil Rod, whatever happened was like a plan that he could not fathom to understand in the initial days of working with the hip-hop mogul. He remembered:

“There were days we would party. I would wake up not knowing what the h*ll happened. Some days, there was girls next to me. Woke up some days, he was in the bed. I would wake up feeling sore still not understanding exactly what’s, you know what I am saying, transpiring. But this is me starting to understand that I was dr*gged pretty often.”

Ray J on covering Diddy’s trial

Earlier this year, Ray J sat down for an interview with DJ Vlad in which they discussed Diddy’s legal situation. Vlad said he believed Combs would end up going to trial because he was unlikely to get a good plea deal at his age. He thought the case would be huge and might even become the biggest trial of the century once it reached court. Ray commented:

“Well, the reality check will be there. We'll be reporting it. We'll have our news cameras out you know we have a new big news network coming with the reality check. We have a massive budget coming behind it. We have Amber Rose as our counterpart to this kind of news extravaganza. So, we'll be there. We'll be there with you.”

DJ Vlad asked about what happened between Ray J and one of Diddy’s sons at a party. Ray said:

“I don’t know. That’s the problem. They wasn't listening to what I was saying. They were getting caught up in actually the hype of what he was doing, thinking that I was actually trying to troll for hype and for clout. I don't have to do that.”

Ray J said he didn’t need to do any such thing, as he considered himself a magician at his work. He could create whatever he wanted to, whether it was on TV or with the press.
