Home Alone alum Daniel Stern has reportedly given a rare peek into his life behind the screens. E! News reported that he opted for the country life with his wife, Laure Mattos, and three children, Henry, Sophie, and Ella. The news outlet reported that although he has largely been away from the Hollywood spotlight, he continues to share glimpses of his farm life. In an exclusive conversation with People magazine in 2024, the actor revealed that social media helped him tell his story. Daniel elaborated on living a "real life", including raising cattle, growing tangerines, and working on his passion project: creating sculptures. He told the outlet that creating "fun" sculptures can take a village. He noted,"I'm dealing with a city and the city council who has commissioned the piece, and I'm going to tell them their story. And then I deal with the city engineer, and then I deal with the foundry and the mold makers. So I've got all these other people in my life outside of show business, and I think it makes my show business stuff deeper because I'm living my real life."
