Taylor Swift got emotional behind the scenes of her Eras Tour finale, reading a romantic letter from fiancé Travis Kelce that recalled the first night he saw her live in concert.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end's appearance on the finale of the Disney+ docuseries, Taylor Swift: The End of an Era, became extra special as his heartfelt gesture moved the pop superstar to tears.
In the episode, the songstress receives a bouquet of white roses from her beau, alongside a love letter tucked in the bundle. Taylor Swift reads the message aloud backstage while she was getting ready for the conclusion of her historic tour.

"So many unbelievable memories on this tour, but my favorite one is seeing you in concert for the first time, being mesmerized and swept off my feet by a woman who doesn’t even know me. I selfishly say thank you for creating this legendary tour and to Robert [Allen, manager] for making you stop through Kansas City, Missouri. That night, too, in KC, was the beginning of me meeting the love of my life..."
Taylor Swift reads the rest of Travis Kelce's missive, then glances up to her mother, Andrea, saying:
"Oh my god. So much for no emotions on the last three shows, huh?"
Taylor Swift on relationship with Travis Kelce: "The most meaningful"
Recalling, before the couple became official in 2023, Travis Kelce revealed on his New Heights podcast with his brother, Jason, that he had tried and failed to reach out to Swift during the Kansas City leg of her Eras Tour. He also admitted to offering a friendship bracelet to the pop icon with his phone number in it, but to no avail.
"If you're up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it."

Travis Kelce confessed that he was "a little butthurt" that he missed on shooting his shot and failed to give her the bracelet that he made himself.
"I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. She doesn't meet anybody, or at least she didn't want to meet me, so I took it personal."
Still, such failure worked out for the NFL star as he is now engaged to "the love of my life."
After months of their "talking" phase, the couple was first spotted holding hands in New York City after they both made surprise appearances on SNL — and the rest is history.

In the docuseries, Swift reflects on her relationship with Travis Kelce.
"I think ultimately it's the way he treats me. It's very clear, and I think that's one of the reasons why the fans are so in love with him, because they should be. He's very lovable. If you ever told me the most meaningful relationship I would have would start with a man saying he was 'butthurt' I didn't want to meet him... unbelievable."
