American TV host and sports commentator Joy Taylor is currently feuding with former sports columnist and radio personality Jason Whitlock.

In January 2025, Whitlock claimed on his program, Fearless with Jason Whitlock, that Taylor had “very little to offer” to the media industry apart from “that big rack of hers that she showed off constantly” and her “peanut butter skin.” Eight months later, in August 2025, Joy fired back, claiming nothing worked “harder than his cholesterol.”

During her recent appearance on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast, she stated,

“Every time someone brings up Jason Whitlock, I can’t believe he’s still with us. I don’t think anything works harder than his cholesterol, if I’m being honest.”

The 38-year-old Pittsburgh native claimed Whitlock didn't step outside of his house and lived as if he was in witness protection. In response, Jason Whitlock shared during a recent episode of his show that Taylor is a

“We’re looking at a woman pretending she’s the peanut butter Tupac Shakur, and she’s about that life and she’s thug life and ‘I’m a gangsta’”

Exploring further Joy Taylor’s ongoing beef with Jason Whitlock

Earlier this year, Joy Taylor’s former Fox Sports 1 hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, filed a sexual misconduct and hostile work environment lawsuit against Charlie Dixon and Skip Bayless. Taylor was incidentally mentioned in the civil suit.

While she was not accused of any wrongdoing, Faraji claimed Joy allegedly engaged in sexual relationships with Dixon and fellow ESPN anchor Emmanuel Acho to further her career.

In the wake of this, Jason Whitlock appeared on his Blaze Media program and showed his support for Faraji. Elsewhere, he mocked Joy Taylor’s role as a “symbol of this whole feminist movement” and the “DEI movement.”

He continued,

“[Joy Taylor] knows that she has very little to offer, so what does she end up offering up?… I basically, for the most part, just kept my distance... Not because I didn’t like her, just because I knew myself. I know what I’m capable of…”

Whitlock added,

“That big rack of hers that she showed off constantly. And that peanut butter skin with that big rack. Like, Jay, keep your distance, that’s going to get you into trouble.”

The conservative columnist from Indiana expressed his doubts about how Taylor got “some radio work down in Miami” and whether it had anything to do with her granting alleged sexual favors, referring to the lawsuit. He also showed a video of Acho praising Taylor and asking, “Kinda hits different now?”

Joy Taylor broke her silence earlier this week on the Funky Friday podcast, throwing shade at Whitlock’s “cholesterol” levels. She mocked Whitlock by calling him “so desirable,” just like he did by throwing shade at her “attractive qualities.” She further mentioned:

“I’m only aware of this from adjacent conversations; I did not watch a single second as I couldn’t give a f**k less, and I have not consumed any of it. He said something about peanut butter, right? What a shock. Food. No, we don’t. Who loves Jason? Does God love Jason? I do not. You say what you need to say; I do not. I don’t love everybody.”

Now, following Joy’s dig at him, Jason Whitlock is firing back. The 58-year-old former host of Speak for Yourself stated:

“This is Joy Taylor. Thug life. This is peanut butter 2Pac. Joy Taylor. And this is her trying to send out warnings to me. ‘Be careful. We’re looking into you. We know what you do. We know how you move. If we catch you out in traffic, I know what’s going to happen to you.’”

Whitlock made fun of Taylor, claiming she was obsessed with him, as she responded to his January comments in late August. He claimed that despite Joy’s remarks that she never thinks or talks about him, she was still talking about him.

The former ESPN columnist also took to social media and claimed The Herd anchor was out of her depth and asked people who cared about her to “hold an intervention and get her out of her gangsta delusions.”

Joy Taylor is yet to respond to Jason Whitlock’s latest remarks. They previously worked together for Fox Sports 1. Both have since left the network. She recently explained that her exit was unrelated to the pending lawsuit. Joy has also denied Faraji’s allegations.
