What was Hulk Hogan’s last conversation with Brooke? Estranged daughter opens up after his death

Terry Gene Bollea, also known by his ring name, Hulk Hogan, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025, of cardiac arrest, as per TMZ. As the news of his death made it to the internet, the last conversation he had with his Estranged daughter, Brooke, has been revealed.

Brooke and Hogan have been estranged since 2023, and their last conversation took place two weeks before Hulk married Sky Daily. The conversation involved Brooke expressing her love for Hogan. According to Page Six, Brooke allegedly told her father how deeply she loved him and was concerned about his health, and wanted him to take his career more slowly.

Hogan and Brooke have been estranged since Brooke skipped attending Hulk and Sky Daily's wedding. The estrangement is also because of some issues the two have been experiencing, including the way Hogan treats Brooke.

As per reports, Brooke's husband tried to mend their relationship on many occasions. However, his efforts went to vain as sources say that Hulk was only interested in the relationship with his daughter on his terms.

Insiders also said that sources close to Brooke said that she is at peace knowing that she expressed her love for her father in their final conversation and did everything she could for their relationship. The news of the wrestling legend's death was confirmed by his representatives. They said:

''Unfortunately, we must confirm that Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, passed away this morning. We are heartbroken. He was such a great human being and friend.''

Hogan had been suffering from health issues for quite some time. In an interview with Jake Paul's podcast IMPAULSIVE last year, Hogan spoke about the surgeries he went through, as per NBC Los Angeles. He said:

''I’ve had like 25 surgeries in the last ten years. Ten of them were back surgeries. I’ve had 10 back surgeries, both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders — everything.''

Just in May this year, Hogan had undergone an intense surgery, and then there were rumors that he was in a coma, but his wife, Sky, had shut those rumors down, saying:

''His heart is strong, and there was never any lack of oxygen or brain damage. None of those rumors are true. He’s been recovering from a major four-level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF), which is an intense surgery with a long and layered healing process.

She continued:

''If you look it up, you’ll see what the last six weeks have involved… not just for his spine, but also for his vocal cords, and the eating/breathing tubes that are clamped over during surgery.''

Tributes are pouring in for Hogan from across the globe. He was 71 at the time of his death.
