The duo shared a carousel of photos, seemingly from their engagement photoshoot, with one photo showing Ryan's ring. They wrote in the caption,

Keith and Ryan took to their Instagram stories to express gratitude towards their fans and followers. Keith noted,

In a May 2025 interview with People magazine, Keith revealed the "secret" of his relationship with Ryan and how they eventually found their way back to each other. Keith told the outlet,

"We could fight. We might not talk to each other for a minute. But we love each other. We come back. You know what I'm saying?”

Describing the ease of his relationship with Ryan, he added,

“It's just like we're so locked in and we just get each other's jokes and it's just easy. We just flow honestly. And she teaches me a lot. I don't know if I teach her stuff, but she teaches me so much. She's made me a better artist, so it's been great.”

In a 2019 interview with We the Urban, Keith opened up about the growth the actors have witnessed with each other. He noted,
