General Hospital Spoilers, December 4: Emma and Gio's K-9 rescue could cost Rocco everything

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, December 4, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

While the dogs that invaded Sonny's (Maurice Benard) house via Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio's (Giovanni Mazza) lab break-in are cute, they don't make Ric (Rick Hearst) happy at all. As Emma and Gio explain what they did to Ric and Sonny, it hits Ric that there are some major legal issues here. First, there is the breaking and entering. And then there's the stealing of dogs.

Ric tells the college kids that they just broke multiple laws while making Rocco (Finn Carr) an accomplice by bringing the dogs back to Sonny's house. With the legal trouble Rocco is already in, this does not look good. Of course, Emma and Gio had no idea Rocco would be there, but this certainly won't help the situation with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Hopefully, Ric can use his legal prowess to get all three kids off.

Laura faces Sidwell

It was clear by the way Laura (Genie Francis) opened her front door that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) would be on the other end. Laura knows that Sidwell had to be the one to kill Dalton (Daniel Goddard) and have the dead body placed in her trunk.

Sidwell will wield his power with Laura and make his usual threats, but Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) can surely hold her own when she goes up against the bad guys.

More fun at the Brown Dog

It seems that everyone wants to spend their Thanksgiving evening at the Brown Dog bar since we are there for the third day in a row with a whole different set of characters.

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is there to drown her sorrows and runs into her old pal Cody (Josh Kelly), who is also the last man she dated. Will there be anything between them or is Molly (Kristen Vaganos) the only woman on Cody's mind now? She is also at the Brown Dog and doesn't like seeing Britt and Cody talking.

Elsewhere, Jason (Steve Burton) gives Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) some advice and tells him to remain positive that Maxie will be okay — and that Nathan won't try to take James away. Will Jason also have words with Britt?
