General Hospital Spoilers, July 23: Willow learns the shocking truth, then stuns Portia

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Portia (Brook Kerr) did what she had to do to hold onto her self-respect. She told Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) all about Drew (Cameron Mathison) blackmailing her into making it look like Michael (Rory Gibson) was an opioid addict, thinking that might wake Willow up to the fact that she is about to marry a genuine sociopath.

Well, it turns out that Willow might have picked up Drew's sociopathic tendencies because Willow doesn't seem to take issue with this. If it gets her kids back under her roof, where Scout lives, then she doesn't care what Drew does. Portia is absolutely floored when Willow tells her that Michael played dirty (how?), so why can't she?

Meanwhile, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is also concerned about Willow's odd behavior, especially after the way she acted when she learned Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) had left town with Daisy. She tells Drew someone was targeting Michael and Sasha's baby. Does Nina suspect that it might have been Willow?

Jason surprises Carly

Jason (Steve Burton) is back from France and still reeling after spotting someone who looked just like Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) at the airport. He tells Carly (Laura Wright) that he is sure he saw Britt, but she doesn't believe him. Britt died in Liesl's (Kathleen Gati) arms, so there was no question about what happened.

However, Jason is sure he was right and remains determined to find the woman. If this woman is not Britt, then Britt has to have a twin out there that Liesl never mentioned.

Lucas to the rescue

Now that Lucas (Van Hansis) has a key and an address, he sets out to find Marco (Adrian Anchondo) before it's too late. Sonny thinks he has what he wants, so he is ready to set Marco free. Thankfully, Sonny never intended to hurt him, so it won't be too late.

At the PCPD, ADA Turner questions Sidwell (Carlo Rota) about his son. In the interrogation room, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) questions his father, but Sonny tells him this is a conversation they do not want to have. That tells Dante that his father did what he was accused of.
