General Hospital Spoilers, July 25: Will the TRUTH set Nina (and Willow) free?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Friday, July 25, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

There's nothing like a little bit of honesty to make life a little simpler, and yet, a lot more complicated. Despite knowing it would hurt his friend, Curtis (Donnell Turner) just blurted out the truth to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) were sleeping together while she was falling in love with Drew and kissing him on the Fourth of July.

Clearly, Willow is much more upset with Nina for this than with Drew, as she angrily confronts her mother and asks if what Curtis said was true. Will Nina finally, finally tell her daughter that she and Drew were two consenting adults and Willow was a married woman, so it was perfectly acceptable for Drew and Nina to have sex? Will Willow end up more angry at her mother than she is at her fiancé?

Meanwhile, Drew has no idea Willow knows any of this, as he assures Scout (Cosette Abinante) that they are all going to live happily ever after.

A mutual understanding

After the standoff over Marco (Adrian Anchondo), Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is relieved his son is okay, but still not sure what to do about Sonny (Maurice Benard). He tells Lucy (Lynn Herring) that he is ready for a peaceful co-existence, but is that true, or does he have something up his sleeve?

Sonny has a talk with Marco and tells him that he will be just fine as long as he stays out of Sidwell's business. None of them has any idea about the blowout argument Lucas (Van Hansis) and Carly (Laura Wright) are having at home.

Metro Court pool happenings

Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Michael (Rory Gibson) spend some time catching up at the pool, where Michael confides in Kristina and opens up about losing Daisy and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). However, Kristina has more important things on her mind.

She spots Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Cody (Josh Kelly) flirting and doesn't like what she sees. Kristina knows this can impede her big plan. She can't have Molly falling for Cody while she's paying Cody to seduce Ava. How will Kristina handle a mess of her own creation?
