Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital
Laura (Genie Francis), Port Charles, and the audience are all on the edge of their seat waiting to see who will be mayor for the next four years. Will it be slimy politician Ezra Doyle (Daniel Cosgrove) or will Laura Collins win re-election? After her incident of slapping Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) at a polling location with witnesses and smartphones, she is a little worried.
As the results come in, Drew (Cameron Mathison) takes the chance to taunt Laura as only someone as horrific as Drew can do. The smarmy congressman's only purpose seems to be to hobble around town and maniacally laugh at people, thinking he has the upper hand.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) has been a source of encouragement and support for Laura and thinks she has it in the bag. Is he right or do only male politicians get away with anything in Port Charles? If so, PC is just like the rest of America.
Rocco's fate
While Laura and Sonny worry about the election, they are also fearful for their grandson. However, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric (Rick Hearst) seem to have a plan. Jason asks Alexis if she thinks it will work, because he is not so sure.
In the interrogation room, the kids are about to get themselves in even more trouble. Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) seems to have a plan, and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) feels bound to just go along with it. That can only spell trouble, and these kids have no idea just how much trouble.
Josslyn's on the prowl
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) does as she is told when Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) summons her and gives her an order. She needs to cozy up to Dalton once again, which she does in a bar. Dalton seems annoyed by the girl, but she is the least of his problems.

Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a plan, and it looks like Dalton's days just might be numbered. Even Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) doesn't seem to realize what Sidwell wants to do. In the end, Sidwell might make more trouble for the Scooby gang than Britt expects.
