Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 2, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital
You won't see another new GH episode until Thursday (we hope, it could be Friday, depending on how the MLB playoff games go), but when our favorite soap returns, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) finds herself in big trouble.
Ric (Rick Hearst) managed to break free of his restraints and is ready to destroy Alexis for what she and the other two women have done to him for the last month. While an unsuspecting Alexis goes over her legal briefs for the next day, she falls asleep on the couch and wakes up to a surprise.
While Ric has a knife at Alexis' throat, Ava (Maura West) has some great timing. Does that mean she walks in on the scene in the basement with a paperweight handy? We all know what happens when Ava gets her hands on a paperweight.
Sonny's new friend
Tracy (Jane Elliot) is not happy that Monica's (the late Leslie Charleson) sister is in Port Charles and wants to get to know Monica's son and grandchildren. Tracy is as territorial as ever, and Veronica (Erika Slezak) is not going to take that lying down.
When she visits GH, the hospital where Monica had such an incredible impact, she meets Sonny (Maurice Benard) at the memorial wall. As they get to know each other, Veronica tells Sonny that she is not about to be scared off by the likes of Tracy Quartermaine.
The usual suspects
After her confrontation with Veronica, Tracy has a less confrontational moment with Michael (Rory Gibson) as she asks him to tell her what really happened the night that Drew (Cameron Mathison) was shot. Tracy doesn't believe Michael's story, so he dares her to go to the police with the knowledge that Michael was outside Drew's house that night.

Meanwhile, Anna (Finola Hughes) interrogates Carly (Laura Wright) because she knows the lengths Carly will go to when it comes to protecting one of her children. She doesn't believe Carly's alibi, as she knows that Jack (Chris McKenna) would lie for Carly in a heartbeat. Carly is outraged that she is even being questioned and tells Anna to do her job and find the real shooter.
