Here is your General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for the week of September 29, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital

Tracy (Jane Elliot) certainly never expected to find a woman she had never seen before in her family crypt right after Monica's (Leslie Charleson) funeral, but Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak) is there to cause trouble after seemingly being summoned by Marty (Michael E. Knight). He always wanted to make Tracy's life a living hell and get back at her for all she has done to him just this year.
When it comes time for Monica's will reading, there appear to be quite a few surprises that infuriate Tracy but delight Veronica.
Nina's big news

As Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) fight it out in the hospital halls, Nina (Cynthia Watros) figures she may as well break the big news so that her aunt and cousin can put things in perspective.
Liesl doesn't exactly believe Nina when she tells her that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is alive, so she goes to his room to see for herself. And there he is –her son smiling up at her, if that really is Nathan. With two children returning from the dead in the course of two weeks, Liesl has a whole lot of questions, but will she get answers?
Someone's pregnant...and someone's in danger

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) asks if someone could be pregnant, and it looks like Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is one of the contenders. But something tells us we are going to get a 'Who's the Daddy?' story out of this, so our bets are on Portia (Brook Kerr). It would make more sense if Liz were talking to her cheating friend rather than her son's cheating ex. Portia has certainly been busy lately.
It also appears that Ric (Rick Hearst) may have made his escape as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) finds herself tied to a gurney in her basement with a knife to her throat. Did someone finally help Ric, or is he just fantasizing about what he would do to his ex-wife if he were ever to break free? Alexis better hope that Ric is just having a good dream in his basement prison.
