General Hospital Spoilers, October 23: Can Alexis save Willow from herself?

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) finds herself in a whole lot of trouble, and it's all her own doing. Nobody told her to do all the awful and destructive things she has done in the last year that would make her a prime suspect in Drew's (Cameron Mathison) shooting.

However, she seems both surprised and ungrateful when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pays a visit to Pentonville in the role of Willow's new lawyer. Perhaps Alexis owes her this since she kept Willow's other lawyer locked in her basement for a month.

Either way, Willow does not seem happy to see Alexis, so the attorney tells her that if she doesn't want her there, she can just go. Is it possible that Willow will do something smart and accept Alexis' help?

Outside Pentonville...

Drew (Cameron Mathison) might have gotten Willow a lawyer, but that doesn't mean he's not done trying to frame Michael (Rory Gibson). In fact, when he runs into Jacinda (Paige Herschell) at Bobbie's, he threatens to turn Michael's alibi in if she doesn't cooperate with him.

As for Michael, he surprises Chase (Josh Swickard) when he tells his friend that Chase doesn't know Willow as well as he thinks he does. Will Michael mention that he thinks it was Willow who was stalking Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy? Would Chase even believe him since he thinks Willow is pure as the driven snow?

Lois and Gio come face to face

Sonny (Maurice Benard) was honest with Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and told him that Lois (Rena Sofer) was there and he needed to come home. Surprisingly, Gio listens and does as he is told. He knows this won't be an easy conversation, but he decides to grin and bear it anyway.

Gio admits that he feels betrayed by Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), but Lois doesn't understand why. They didn't even know he was their son, and Dante didn't even know he had another son.

Lois tells Gio that the only person who betrayed him was her. Will Gio finally listen to reason and decide to forgive his parents for something they didn't even do?
