General Hospital Spoilers, September 15: Getting to the bottom of Britt's resurrection

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Monday, September 15, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been back on our General Hospital screens for well over a month, but we still don't know how exactly she survived the poisonous hook and looks so healthy when she suffers from Huntington's Disease. She told Liesl she faked her own death, but the hook attack was the real deal.

Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is absolutely furious that Britt tortured her like that for no reason and lets loose on her daughter, but Britt fights back and shouts that she is the monster that Liesl raised her to be. Will Nina (Cynthia Watros) be able to bring down the temperature in the room?

Jason (Steve Burton) wants answers as much as Liesl does and tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) all about his adventures in Croatia with Britt (but leaves out the Josslyn part). He asks Sonny for help in figuring out who really faked Britt's death. He can tell she is not telling him the whole story.

A dirty trick on Drew?

Anna (Finola Hughes) receives new evidence and tells Chase (Josh Swickard) that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is in Justine Turner's (Nazneen Contractor) hands now. Did Sonny's game work, causing Anna to believe that Drew is the one who paid off Judge Heron to give full custody of Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) kids to Michael (Rory Gibson)?

At the hospital, Drew does his best to manipulate Martin (Michael E. Knight) into continuing to do his dirty work. Drew wants the evidence against Portia (Brook Kerr) that was in his safe, but finding it will be easier said than done since Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) already burned it.

Is Joss' spy career over?

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) still have to face the music with Jack (Chris McKenna). Their mission was less than a success; they broke protocol, didn't follow orders, and ended up in bed together. In Jack's eyes, these are egregious mistakes.
