General Hospital Spoilers, September 26: Remembering Monica as a mysterious guest arrives

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 26, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Drew's (Cameron Mathison) arrival at Monica's (Leslie Charleson) funeral drives up the tension, but the family still gets through it and takes the day of memories back to Monica's house. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is thrilled when Gio (Giovanni Mazza) returns to the Quartermaine mansion and joins in on the bittersweet day.

Jason (Steve Burton) tells stories from the 30 years he remembers being Monica's son, something Gio seems to enjoy. Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), and Brook Lynn also share stories about Monica, and there are many to tell. Will we get even more flashbacks to bring back memories for us, as well?

As Ned offers a toast, he tells the family that, "Monica wasn't just one of us. She was the best of us."

On the Quartermaine grounds

Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Laura (Genie Francis) also go back to Monica's house, where Lulu tells Laura all about her time living with the Qs and Luke when she was a teenager and Laura was catatonic. Monica was like an aunt to her, and sometimes even a mother, insisting that she get a summer job and do well in school.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) managed to make it through the service at the church, even if she had to look at Drew. Later in the evening, while Olivia cooks, she goes to visit the family crypt and say one final goodbye to Monica. She sees a strange woman there and demands to know why she is trespassing.

Could this woman have anything to do with the letter that Marty found in Drew's living room this past summer? He also made a phone call to someone and asked them to come to town for the funeral. Who could this woman be? (Besides the one and only Erika Slezak.)

Martin (Michael E. Knight) gets Drew back to the hospital, where Drew insists that he will stop at nothing to make sure he is not left out of Monica's will. For some odd reason, he seems to think he is entitled to something.
