The Grinch who stole Port Charles and ate General Hospital in 2025 is about to steal Christmas from a child, namely, his own child. Drew (Cameron Mathison) sees absolutely nothing wrong with keeping Scout (Cosette Abinante) from seeing Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her aunts on Christmas. After all, Alexis couldn't work magic and voodoo to make sure that Willow's trial went as he wanted, so why should his daughter be happy for Christmas?

As Molly (Kristen Vaganos) tries to convince Alexis to take a different approach with things, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) tries to convince Drew to be a halfway decent human being and allow Scout to be with her mother's family for the holiday. Will Drew relent and show a softer side or will he continue to be the same horrific person he has been all year?

A new violin for Gio?

Somehow, Sonny (Maurice Benard) is allowed inside Tracy's (Jane Elliot) house on Christmas Day for the Quartermaine holiday celebration. Since he is Gio's (Giovanni Mazza) other grandfather, we guess it's okay. Sonny also has a special surprise planned with Ned (Wally Kurth). A new violin.

But, is Gio ready for a new violin so he can play Christmas carols for Donna (Scarlett Spears) or will Ned and Sonny just have to hold their gift for another occasion? (We suspect a musical Christmas miracle is on the way.)

Elsewhere in the Q mansion, Michael (Rory Gibson) and Tracy discuss their little secret, having no idea that it's about to come out.

Sidwell's scary Christmas

Laura (Genie Francis) tells Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) that she is not about to allow Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to ruin their Christmas, but Sidwell might have some other ideas in mind.

He throws a party at Wyndemere, where he plots and plans some more. He even has two women vying for his affection — Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Ava (Maura West). What is a man to do?

Maybe he should take care of his secret houseguest, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). We're sure Lucy and Ava don't want to get on Sidwell's bad side, or they can end up locked in some dungeon at Wyndemere, as well.
