WNBA star Caitlin Clark is ecstatic about Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl. Swift recently appeared as a guest on her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast, announcing that her 12th album was coming. The Indiana Fever player cheered her friend on in the comments, saying/

"AHHHHHHH!!!!!! LFGGGGGG,"

After news of Swift being a guest on Kelce’s podcast broke, Caitlin Clark took to X to air her concerns about the traffic on YouTube.

The 23-year-old wrote on X:

“Are we sure YouTube isn’t going to crash tonight?"

The WNBA player is a fan of Swift’s and has never shied away from expressing it. She has developed a friendship with the singer over the years and has attended some concerts.

In November 2024, the number one overall pick of the WNBA 2024 draft attended two Eras Tour concerts in Indianapolis, and she received four bags as a thank-you.

Clark hung out with Taylor Swift, and they watched Travis Kelce and his teammates play and win against the Houston Texans. After interacting with Swift throughout the game, Clark commented to ESPN that the superstar was a good friend who advises her on navigating fame.

The basketball player revealed to the media that she had deep conversations with the Blank Space hitmaker:

“I think what people don’t always realize about people with a certain spotlight, whether it’s her, whether it’s me, whether it’s another professional athlete or a pop star, we’re real people,

She added:

"We’re just having normal conversations as any other person in Arrowhead Stadium that night. She loves the Chiefs just as much as I do. I’m talking football with her."

Clark also shared that Taylor Swift was one of the sweetest people to be around. She praised the singer for treating everyone with kindness.

"Probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever been around," she continued. "And everybody says that when you meet her, but it’s true. She just treats everybody with the same amount of kindness, and her family was great.”
