More details on D4vd and Celeste Rivas' controversy
After the bag of cut-up human remains found in an abandoned Tesla was identified as Celeste, netizens have been trying their best to link the rapper and the deceased together, pointing out multiple connecting situations.
Popular livestreamer xQc pointed out some connections between D4vd’a’s social media posts and Rivas’ birthday.
DJ Akademiks tweeted on X.
“xQc found out that all of D4vd’s last social media posts & some music videos were released on September 7th, the same day as the 15-year-old victim’s birthday, who was found dead in his Tesla.”
Days later, an unnamed school teacher who allegedly taught Celeste before she went missing confirmed that the rapper knew the deceased. As reported by TMZ, he addressed a class of students,
“This, we all just found out yesterday who it was, but she's been missing since I taught her. So when I taught her, she met this dude on social media. He was a rapper in LA. He came and got her. She ran away from home, and she was gone for like a month. The cops found her in Hollywood and brought her back to our school. She came back to our school and kind of told people the story."
The science teacher continued:
“She disappeared again in May of that year. May of 2024. That's when her friends told me what happened, and it was this rapper, and then I found out yesterday that she's now dead in that rapper's car, cut into pieces. You want to know how that met? I feel like I just said it, social media.”
D4vd has neither been arrested nor named as a suspect. He is reportedly working closely with the police.
