Lizzo recently made an appearance on the Just Trish podcast, in which she delivered an inspiring account of her weight loss journey. She and host Trisha Paytas addressed several issues in the latest segment, among them being Lizzo's experiences with fame, her struggles with losing weight, and her love for food, particularly pizza.

In the past, Lizzo has often been bugged about taking medication for her weight loss. In the podcast, she once again cleared the air about the speculations of her taking weight-reducing medications like Ozempic and explained that her transformation was natural and was achieved by way of diet and exercise.

It was at this point that she declared:

"I'm the baddest. I am on another level.”

The video started with Trisha and Lizzo engaging in playful banter with each other over their similar attire, which then diverted to more serious topics. While thanking the people who've seen her putting in the hard yards throughout her physical transformation journey, the Juice-famed star also shed light on the duality of public perception:

"I worked so hard for it and the people who compliment me see me working hard, they've seen me exercising every day and walking. So when they say 'I've seen the hard work you put in i'm really proud of you.' The internet all of a sudden like respecting like my music and because I'm smaller. I'm like 'Wait a minute i've seen some weird comments on the internet now. It's like 'Oh now you hear me now you see me because I'm smaller.' And that's a little weird but it comes with it"

While discussing the story behind the strategy that brought her to this point, the Grammy-winning artist also shared an articulate statement, which gave the fans an understanding of the state of her mind:

"I don't think being smaller or bigger has opened or closed any doors for me. I do believe I look good as so I don't think people are lying to me (when they say) I look good. Everything in my life has kind of elevated, no shade. I mean it wasn't just releasing the weight, it was (about) where I was in my life, too. I just do feel like I am the baddest, like no matter what size at this point in my life, I am on another level."

The singer achieved a 16% reduction in body fat over the past two years, and Lizzo also opened up about the holistic approach that she took to achieve the aforementioned results. She attributed the outcomes to general lifestyle changes, namely, skincare, Invisalign, and the gym.

The Just Trish podcast with Lizzo had its share of fun moments as well. The two engaged in banter throughout the show, and the singer even expressed her wishes of being able to perform stadium shows well into her 70s. They even bonded over their love for hot, fresh pizza and discussed their love for Disney characters. To round out the evening, they sang a song called Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid with each other.

The way Lizzo has transformed her body is today inspiring a number of fans who also want to transform their lives. Her latest appearance on the podcast hosted by Trisha Paytas once again allowed fans to get insight into her life experiences.
