Linkin Park is officially heading back to Australia for the first time after more than a decade. The rock band has announced three arena shows for March 2026 as part of their ongoing From Zero World Tour. It will be their first performances Down Under since the Soundwave Festival in 2013.

The newly announced dates also come as the group's first Australian shows since 2012's Living Things tour cycle. The From Zero World Tour began in September 2024. It is Linkin Park's first with new vocalist Emily Armstrong. Armstrong joined the group alongside drummer Colin Brittain. He replaced founding member Rob Bourdon. The new lineup also includes original members Mike Shinoda, Dave "Phoenix" Farrell, and Joe Hahn.

Linkin Park announced the 2026 AU tour via an official Instagram post, captioning:

"Australia - see you on our From Zero World Tour 2026 in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. LPU pre-sales begin Monday, August 18, 2025. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, August 22 at 11 am AEST. Tickets & Info: LinkinPark.com/Tour"

Shinoda describes Linkin Park's new era as "a new chapter" rather than a restart. Speaking about the tour announcement, he said:

"Getting back out on the road has been incredible. The fans' support is overwhelming, and we are ready to bring this energy to Australia. From Zero is a new chapter for us, and we are excited to share it with everyone on a bigger scale."

Linkin Park's decision to return to touring came in late 2023. The band began teasing unreleased tracks that featured Bennington's vocals, including "Friendly Fire". A greatest hits compilation followed, and in September 2024, Armstrong and Brittain were introduced as official members during a livestream.

That same month, they launched the From Zero World Tour in Los Angeles. Since then, the tour has covered multiple cities across North America, the UK, Europe, and South America. Their latest record, From Zero, debuted at No. 1 in 14 countries, including Australia.

The shows' setlists feature newer tracks like The Emptiness Machine and Heavy Is The Crown with other fan-favorites from albums such as Hybrid Theory, Meteora, and Minutes to Midnight. Most of the back catalogue remains in the setlist. However, notably, the band has confirmed there is at least one song they will not perform live out of respect for Chester Bennington.
