On June 10, 2025, Vanity Fair released a lie detector test video of BTS' Jin on YouTube. The Running Wild singer answered many questions and also appeared tense and serious throughout the lie detector test.
Among other questions, BTS’ Jin was also asked which band member he missed the most while they were serving their term in the South Korean military. To this, Kim Seokjin answered, Jungkook. Jin confessed that although he missed all the members, but Jungkook the most.
Jeon Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, joined his military training in December 2023 and finished his service on June 11, 2025. He has been discharged alongside Jimin. BTS' Jin, on the other hand, commenced his service in December 2022 and completed it on June 12, 2024.

While some referred to Jungkook as Jin’s younger brother, others dubbed the two members as their favorite duo, calling them ‘Jinkook.’

Kim Seokjin, aka Jin, answered many other interesting questions, one of which was related to his plans of acting in K-drama. The idol said that he had no interest in being an actor. He further added that acting requires a lot of work and effort. Therefore, he finds it an intimidating challenge.
“I really have no interest in becoming an actors. You are right in saying that I'm too handsome, but since acting requires a lot of work and effort, it's an intimidating challenge for me to take on. I have no desire at all.” Jin stated.
