Foo Fighters 2026 UK and Europe stadium tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Foo Fighters are officially set to return to European stages in 2026 for their Take Cover tour. The announcement has sparked notable excitement among fans and enthusiasts as Dave Grohl and company gear up for a new run of stadiums, arenas, and festivals. It will span June and July in 2026.

This European leg comes after Foo Fighters' 2025 North American tour and follows the release of their recent single, Asking for a Friend. The song is the band's first new track since introducing drummer Ilan Rubin. The tour will also be Foo Fighters' first European appearance since 2024, when they wrapped up their Everything or Nothing at All tour.

Foo Fighters announced the upcoming 2026 UK and European run via an official Instagram post, captioning:

"EU & UK... ARE YOU READY??? All tickets are on sale Friday, 14 November at 10 am local time. If you are subscribed to the Foos newsletter - check your email today for presale access information. See all upcoming shows at FooFighters.com"

The 2026 schedule includes stops in Norway, Sweden, Poland, Germany, France, the UK, Austria, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, with two exclusive UK stadium shows at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium. These will be Foo Fighters' only UK stadium appearances of the year, and their first performance in Liverpool since 1997.

Foo Fighters penned an Instagram note to announce their latest single, Asking for a Friend, which read:

"Since our return to the stage in San Luis Obispo five weeks ago, we have been reminded of why we love and are forever devoted to doing this Foo Fighters thing. From reuniting as a band and staring at a list of 30 years worth of songs to brush off, to reimagining versions with the incredible blessing of the one and only Ilan Rubin behind the drums, to reconnecting with our amazing fans and blasting them with everything we have got (no matter the size of the venue) because we would not be here without them, we have the most solid core. And the sun is finally rising over the horizon."

The post continued:

"Take cover. But none of this would be complete without new music to share from Pat, Nate, Chris, Rami, Ilan and I. ‘Asking for a Friend’ is a song for those who have waited patiently in the cold, relying on hope and faith for their horizon to appear. Searching for ‘proof’ when hanging by a wish until the sun shines again. One of many songs to come…"
