On May 31, John Cena talked about BTS at FAN EXPO, Texas' premier pop culture event. It commenced on May 30 and continued until June 1 in the Kay Bailey Hutchison Event Hall.
During a Q&A session, the professional wrestler was questioned about the K-pop group. That's when he admitted that the boy band had a significant personal impact. John Cena expressed how the group gave him hope and inspiration while he was struggling with self-worth.
“What BTS specifically did for me is they found me at a right time in my life to give me hope and inspiration through who they are as people..they reached a 48 year old dude who was struggling with self worth.”
Fans of the K-pop band were delighted by the words of John Cena. Therefore, the group’s admirers swamped the internet with their praises for the septet and John Cena. One of them commented:

K-pop group members are getting ready for military discharge
More than half of the K-pop group members are currently serving their obligatory military term in South Korea. Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin, SUGA, and RM are gearing up for their military discharge this month.
While Taehyung and RM will be freed on June 10, Jungkook and Jimin will complete their respective training on June 11. SUGA will be released on June 21. This will eventually lead to one of the most hyped reunions and comebacks after all the members complete their military terms.
